I only stayed one night
Checked the room for bugs and anything I could find.
It was a regular night
The bed was ok for me I slept like a log
Didn't check the fridge are the TV and the sheets smelled clean

I was disappointed in our stay because we were told there would be a breakfast there. The first morning there was not much to talk about. Muffins toast yogurt. When I went to get orange juice it did not work. The next day we came down and the breakfast supposed to be served until 9:00. It was around 8:30 and the lady told me at the window that they didn't have any juice because a juice machine didn't work and so they closed the restaurant. I said why, you can't you still get like a slice of toast or a muffin? She did offer me a cup of cranberry juice.

The room was clean and everything was like it was in photos. Just the room had like a musty smell to it but other than that it was great. Pet friendly was a must because we had our Chihuahua with us...

The hotel shows sign of its age. The room smell like the previous guest body odor and needed air freshener to cover the order. The bathroom need to be updated due to breaking down. Overall, a cheap hotel. You get what you paid.

There was a bed bug found on our bed. We packed our things in the car and went to discuss the issue with the office and her response was that her boss would be in at 8 am that we would have to come back then. She did not offer any kind of sympathy or anything. Had to ask her abt switching rooms bc we had no where to go and she couldnt give a refund or anything. Then she got a attitude and said she wasnt going to move us again.

There was a fight that broke out our last night. The yelling, screaming and loud banging against the walls went on for more than 45 minutes and the staff did nothing. Stay away!!

I loved the stay,I live in Birmingham and came up for a concert. The receptionist was great and handled all my needs. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and all else is history. Thbaks for a good nights rest

Obviously a low end destination. No lobby access. No breakfast as advertised. No concern, not rude, just apathetic. Big blah. First and last visit.

Not a bad hotel, it was clean and beds comfortable. The TV was a constant issue, kept turning off by itself every 15 minutes. A real pain in the butt. They say they have morning breakfast but it must start about lunchtime. No coffee available at 630.

Other than what sounded like a road crew from Cirque loading in above my room at midnight the first night of my stay, everything was perfect. The gentleman who assisted me on check in, who helped me with wifi, with extra cups and with checkout was, in a word, FANTASTIC. I've stayed at this RRI multiple times and he was far and away the best front office staff person EVER. Polite, sweet, patient- I am very grateful.

This was by far the worst experience of a hotel I experienced! When we arrived to check in, housekeeping was cleaning the floor with a towel and long stick like it was a mop. The bathroom towels were dirty and wet. They never replaced, i had to run and by my own towels and wash cloth. The second room i rented did not have chains on the door, their towels were dirty. The electricity kept going out in both rooms. The lounge area to check in stayed locked and they spoke to you thru a small window. We survived by staying gone the entire day and coming back to shower and sleep. When I attempted to get the issues we were having resolved we could never talk to the manager. I would not stay here again.

despite the strict rules against smoking in the rooms, our room reeked of smoke and some other odor we couldnt identify. the air conditioner was extremely loud and the fan in the bathroom made buzzing sounds

The wifi in the room was weak and intermittent. The TV didn't work, the pipe from the wall to the shower head leaked badly (approx 50% of flow came out). No coffee or continental breakfast.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Nasty. Pictures advertised is not what the rooms look like. They smell horrible. There were prostitutes next to my kids room. Horrible.

The property was nice and clean, the room was also tidy, clean.. tv selection was bad but over all its satisfactory

Room had a funky smell, at first we thought it might be the carpet was shampooed (because it felt wet/damp) but the carpet remained wet the 2 night we were there. There also was lots of bug at the entrances of the property. We found a cricket and some rollie pollies in our room. I would not stay at this property again. I guess you get what you pay for.

Delayed check-in until after 4PM. Staff interaction conducted through a small window. Unsafe because room doors faced outdoors and adjacent to road. Did not honor online reservation; left and went to a nearby hotel/motel. Because of this experience, unlikely to stay at ANY Red Roof Inn in the future.

Convenient location, clean beds. Remote in the room didn't work. Had to replace twice. Staff was busy on their phone, slow response. Shower floor did not appear clean or was stained. Overall, ok. You get what you pay for.

Mold, dirty comforter, bugs in the floor and no lock on the door. It was so bad I didn’t even take my luggage in had to leave and go by another hotel somewhere else. Mold on the ceiling would have killed my daughter before she could get up Highly allergic.
