Pointe West has quickly become a favorite. Incrdible views and close to both town and the Farm.

This is an excellent place to stay if you want beautful views, clean comfortable rooms, nice amenities like outdoor grills, firepits and hummingbird sightings--and friendly customer service from checkin to checkout!

We absolutely loved this place. We loved the decor of the room , the friendly owner in the office. The view from our balcony was magnificent. The hummingbirds were entertaining. If we ever stay in Arkansas we would definitely stay here again.

The property was located less than 5 minutes from Dam Site Lake Park - Beaver Lake in Eureka Springs, AR. The view of the lake is AMAZING and the amenities were outstanding. We spent most of our time on the lake with family (who were camping), but our nights were quiet, very comfortable, and relaxing. We stayed four nights and we will definitely return next year. What a delightful motel! So quaint and everyone so friendly. It is worth staying here for the views alone. The nature everywhere. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

The hospitality was great. It was a very comfortable stay. My kids loved the pool. I love the fact that kids can play in the pool, and I could sit on the deck and watch them.

The well kept “old school” resort property overlooks spectacular Beaver Lake.

The property is nice-could use some 21st century upgrades (ports to charge today’s technology).Overall we had a very nice stay. The scenery is stunning and the staff is excellent. We would stay here again.

Loved the property stayed 1 night the lake view was incredible from our balcony , the property is quiet and clean , nice staff (Steve). The location is convenient 10 minutes from downtown the price was reasonable, would stay here again !!!

This room was so nice. The décor was so cute and fit the area. The view from our room was amazing. There is nothing bad I can say about this place. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The owner was great and the views are incredible of the lake. The fire pit was stocked with wood and ready to go each night. The rooms were a little dated, and the mattresses needed replaced, but overall a beautiful location.

I love staying here, this is where we have stayed both trips we made to Arkansas. The staff is very friendly and the view is beautiful.

The property has an incredible view of Beaver Dam Lake and the facilities are clean. There is nothing I did not like about this property.

This is a very relaxing place to stay. Wish we would have had longer to enjoy it. Room was very clean. There were little things they thought of that you dont sometimes think about like providing a fly swat and hanging a charcoal bag on the clothes rack to absorb any odors that might get in the room. The mattress was completely covered with a mattress protector which is a big plus to me. We really enjoyed having the wicker love seat and 2 wicker chairs to sit on in our room. Comfy!! And out the back we had our own balcony with chairs overlooking the lake. Beautiful Beautiful view. Very relaxing watching the many many humming birds. Would definately reccommend this place to stay. Just wish other guests would not smoke on balconys because it is drawn in thru the air conditioning unit. This is just observation not hotel fault by any means. Owner was great, friendly and very nice. Great check in and out. Would stay here again if we come back.

Owner was super helpful, generous and runs a great place! Everything was wonderful, we enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer. This is a place we will gladly return to and may just make plans to come to this area again so we can stay here again. Clean, spacious rooms, incredible view, quiet, lovely pool with floaties to use, grills available to use so we could cook our own dinner - what a great place!

We had an amazing relaxing time. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!
