we got an different room then booked. the location is far away from the city center. for us it was no problem since we arrived in the night and left in the morning.

Nice breakfast with a nice staff there. Very clean place. The wifi for work is good.

They pretend the tourism tax is not included in the total, they make a long speech and they make you wait for the refund (thru a booking.com claim). The room with balcony had no balcony nor view. You wake up thousands of time during the night as it is soundproof zero!. When you ask for airport transfer (twice), they simply dont answer.

Stayed in a suite which was good value and spacious. What was exceptional was the staff. Nelson was very responsive and provide great advice. The location is a short walk to the boardwalk near the sea so great for morning or evening walks. You will need to take a taxi to get to any key places. But it’s like 2€ to everywhere. Very close to Grace Evora Lounge which has live music every Fri and Sat. Tips - get a SIM card at airport for data and a couple of taxi contacts.

Potential to improve and modernize the furniture. And provide a few more amenities.

Solid good local breakfast, staff.
