Room next to us was smoking weed, smelled our room and we had a 3 year old. Tub stopper was broken.

Room was supposed to be smoke free and it smelled like cigarettes all in the room and no closets shower head was terrible and hooks on shower curtain cheap and kept popping off

The area was dirty and many people were coming in and out of the room by mine.

Had 1 towel and it was dirty and rough. 1 roll of cheap toilet paper. Decor was outdated and everything was cheap and in sone cases dirty. Front desk worker wasn’t rude but not friendly or welcoming. She smoked and talked on her cellphone most of the day. I get it’s not the Ritz but it doesn’t cost anything to be friendly, offer good customer service and clean properly. I’d also like more than 1dirty, rough towel and some decent toilet paper. Wish I’d stayed somewhere else.

When I arrived the toilet seat was nasty

Worst customer service i have ever had. Will never stay at Baymont hotel anywhere again. Desk clerk was rude and very unaccomadating. Only Stayed 2 hours and had to leave, due to no power, no air in 95 degree heat .no television, in the dark. Me and my yorkie. Asked for a refund and was refused. Would not e even give back the twenty dollars cash pet deposit i had just given. Said everything was beyond her control. Well was beyond my control also. Went down the road to a la quinta and had no problem at all. Guess I just am out the money for the first hotel i had booked online and paid in full for.

Our toilet was broken. When we told the front desk this, they told us someone would come by in the morning... only we'd be checked out by then. We had to flush it by hand. That is just not acceptable. It wasn't just that the chain was broken, but that the flap did not cover the outlet properly. There was not enough toilet paper in the room either - thank goodness there were tissues!! There was also some sort of odor in the room. We travel with an air purifier, but this didn't make enough of a dent in the smell. Whatever it was, I became ill from it and this chest congestion lasted more than a week.. it is still with me now, so it is actually taking longer than a week to clear. I was disappointed as Baymont and Wyndham facilities are usually good!! Breakfast was nice. The room was clean, but a non-functioning toilet - goodness!!

I liked how close the hotel is to everything in the Prattville area.

It was ok, I don’t appreciate the person cleaning the room come knock on my door twice telling me to hurt that she didn’t want to be there all day. Then handing me an envelope saying it’s for tips they don’t get paid enough. They don’t open pool until 10 not sure why because most pools open at 8:00. So on the day we were checking out I went to the pool at 8:00 and it was locked but did not state opens at 10:00. Just wanted to swim before checkout at 11:00. It rained the day before so did not get to swim. I work 14-17 hours a day to be rushed when I was not ready to leave I planned on staying until 10:45 am .

Staff was nice but room was not clean. The tub needed cleaning and the sheets were stained. Cleanliness was my only issue

The hotel worked well for getting to and from the highway for our trip to Florida. The bed was comfortable.

The front desk clerk was very good. The condition of the room was not pleasant there was a humid and damp feeling in the room. The carpet was not clean definitely need to be replaced. I would not recommend this hotel to family or friends.

The staff was extremely friendly! However, when we got to the room our sheets on the bed were damp and we didn’t have enough towels for us and our toddler. The bathtub was also extremely dirty. I could barely sleep on the bed between the damp sheets and firmness of the mattress. It was so late when we got there I didn’t want to mess with trying to change rooms so we just made the best of it. The room did look like it had been updated but it still had a musty smell.

Front staff was nice. I thought room was clean until I looked at mattress pad. Very dated, pretty expensive for this sad little motel.

The property is run-down and some of the units don't have sheer curtains so it's either black-out curtains or keep your 1st floor window open so everyone at the pool can see your stuff.

Check in person was friendly. Check out lady not so friendly. Ask for a 30 minute late check out and was rudely informed no late check outs. Tub was dirty and water lukewarm late at night. Pool was suppose to be open till 10 pm but went down at 8:30 pm and was told it was closed. Was not informed of it upon checking in. Towels were very rough. Beds are soft if you prefer soft beds. Parking was good. Not noisy.

The night staff was very good. The morning staff seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. Room was clean and comfortable. Someone tapped on my door at 5:30 am which concerned me. Breakfast was very poor. Sausage but no eggs. Cereal and waffles that was about it. Probably would not stay there again.

Check in was easy and the staff was kind, I was in a hurry and was happy that it went smoothly. I dropped my bags off, had a snack and left for the event that brought me into town. I came back hours later & had a chance to take stock of the room. TV and mirror had drippings down them, it looked like maybe dog hair on the knob of the bathtub and at the drain, the sink faucet was dirty, and there was a bag next to the coffee maker that looked like it had been rolling around in the floor of a car. I chose to “look past” all of that because I can wipe it off or choose to not touch it at all. But when I went to turn the bed down, there were grey streaks on a portion of the top sheets & the fitted sheet had huge faint stains. I asked for a new room & was told they couldn’t accommodate because it had been hours, but they would change the sheets for me. Fine. The woman was kind, and changed them, say that the fitted sheet was old and thread bare, not stained. She said the top sheet must’ve been dragged on the floor when it was taken out of the dryer, so it was clean. Dragged on dirty floor doesn’t equal clean to me, but okay. She apologized, saying that the sheets shouldn’t have been left. She offered a refund to find a new hotel but I was very tired and ill and just wanted to sleep, so she said she would give me some kind of refund for my stay since I was unhappy. At check out all she did was say to leave the key, so I don’t think I’ll be getting any refund.

Good location, price and amenities. We stay here every time we come down for golf.

The first room we were assigned had a stopped up sink and therefore it was DIRTY. After trying to get another one, it was upstairs & we cannot walk stairs. So we were assigned a "handicapped" room. The bed was very small, but we made do with that.

Very easy check in one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in with great price.

We were just looking for somewhere to stay on our way to Florida. Great hotel about a mile from the exit. Great shops and restaurants around. I will definitely be staying here again on our annual trip each year. Very clean
