The property is immaculate and the staff works so hard to keep it clean. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. It is a 3 min max walk to the beach.

Not located near many restaurants so we had to Uber a lot more than anticipated . A car would have been helpful . It’s a 40 min drive from the airport .

I love the property because it was close to my venue and shopping and restaurants.

You can use some updating.

Breakfast was amazing. Coffee area seemed congested. Found it difficult to get creamer because station was only accommodating to a few people at a time.

I am thinking a couple coffee stations in the morning not side by side.

Great breakfast with the made to order omelets and buffet. Short walk to private beach. Friendly staff. A lot of indoor common areas for eating and spending time.

We requested housekeeping for the following day (as instructed). Assumed they would have stopped by while we were at the beach all day. We came back just before 5pm (beach chair rentals end at 5). Came in and room not cleaned. Called the front desk and they said housekeeping comes between 5-6pm. This seems like the worst time, as we were coming back from the beach and getting ready for dinner, so had to tell housekeeper we didn’t need service. Spent $50/day on 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, which adds up.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The bath tub had a little rust in it.

The coffee, very weak, maybe have better brand and different roasts. That was the only disappointment.

The reception SHANA was no help at all.I made a reservation for 2 connecting rooms and I was given two separate rooms.I asked her if we can move to a different room but she just said NO right away.Even told me “You’re only staying one night right?” So that was disappointing.

The air conditioning was very weak in our room (#109) and even set below 70 it took several hours to cool the room down enough to sleep comfortably. It barely blows out of the vents.

The breakfast was amazing and the options were great.

The only thing is the furniture is a little dated.

1) Check-in and check-out process was simple and virtual. 2) Digital key + sharing very helpful 3) Spacious Room, clean bathroom, great facilities inside room. 4) Excellent breakfast (especially the omelette).. lots of options for breakfast 5) Super friendly staff 6) Excellent house keeping service. our room was arranged without even requesting!!! A big thanks to the housekeeper. 7) Private beach access- just cross the road and walk little bit 8) Beautiful lobby and evening snacks!!! 9) Great bar with 2 Free drinks a day!!!! Thank you :) 10) Good quality restaurant with delicious food.

There is nothing I did not like at this excellent facility. my only negative comment is that I had to lift the cart down and up the wooden stairs. One side ramp would have made our lives easier.

The entire stay was amazing. The room was clean and very spacious. We loved the location everything we did was in walking distance.

Lobby was beautiful. Breakfast fair. Enjoyed the complimentary cocktails, although there weren't a lot of options for the free cocktails

Trish was very rude and condescending at the front desk. They tell you there will be a twenty dollar hold for incidentals and then more pending Authorizations were showing up on my bank account that the staff couldn't explain to me. I was over charged for the room, it was credited back but you need to watch your charges carefully at this place. Room was outdated, not worth 300 plus dollars per night, I woke up to spiders in my bed. Rust on the bathtub.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. It was so nice especially after such a long drive. We also loved the beach access. Breakfast was good and tasty. The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Ice machine on our floor wasn't working so had to go to other floors but elevators run slow with so many people so that was annoying.

Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly and efficient.

We would have given excellent but some one next to us had dogs and they barked late at night and then off and on during night. We called and front desk did contact the guests but it continued off and on. No pets allowed would be great. We love dogs but should not keep others awake and don’t like to think dogs could be sleeping in beds where guests sleep
