Breakfast.

Our room was dirty. When we were moved to a "spa suite" after listening to a broken HVAC all night (frozen), the new room didn't even have a couch and the walls had something brown on them like someone sprayed chocolate syrup. I was told the hours of the pool upon check in and had the clerks repeat the 10 to 10 hours being excited to get to swim. After going to change and entering the pool area, I found a hand printed "out of order" sign. They said earlier in the day it closed because of a leak. When I asked the front desk clerk about it the next day and if the pool was getting fixed, she didn't even know what I was talking about and had no idea it was closed. Terrible 3 night stay.

Staff was excellent, happy to help and super helpful with anything we needed. Rooms were clean and taken well care of. The free breakfast was great, as well. The eating area was clean and cozy.

The mobile key didn't work for us. That would have been nice to have, but once again, the front desk was super helpful and got us room keys to get into our room immediately.

it says hot tub but not now they filled it in with cement very disappointed

Our TV or in room telephone did not work tried to call front desk on cellular phone and there was no answer. Fridge did not work.

Convenient location and friendly staff! Breakfast was nice. The property is located near some nice fast food and sit-down restaurants. The property is also clean!

The rooms are in need of a refresh. The tv in the room was on the smaller side and the bathroom has a bathtub with cloth shower curtains. I really thought Fairfield had changed all their showers to have a glass enclosure, so this was disappointing as I don't care for cloth shower curtains and a bathtub in the bathroom. You could also see signs of wear and tear throughout the room. I have two mini-refrigerators in my room, mainly because one didn't work. The lamp near the bed had a plug on it that did not work. I had planned to stay three nights but only stayed one due to the older rooms and the price. I felt as though I was paying too much for the state of the property.
