Nothing. I got denied my room

Absolutely everything. I have nothing positive to say about this property, I’ll never return and won’t recommend

I liked the beds.

The atmosphere of the place. A man told my husband that he pretty was a pimp selling sex in some of the rooms. There was people who were on drugs. I will never go back there. And they had bugs.

I arrived late and my reservation was still there. Front Desk Clerk attempted to contact me to ensure I was okay and still enroute to Florida.

Due to a Medical Emergency I had to check out one day earlier than plan. I advised the Front Desk Clerk on Sunday that I had to leave to get back to my Medical Doctor. She stated that she will talk with her Supervisor on Monday (7-31-2023). To address the Issue of concern and contact me as well. That did not happen. I was charge on 7-27-2023 $205.78 and 7-29-2023 - $332.46. Total Charge from my $538.24. I was charge prior to checking in and prior to checking out. I will never reside at that Hotel because of the people living upstairs were making a lot of noise stomping early in the morning. I voiced my concerns with the Front Desk Clerk, the issue was not resolved. I feel that I was overcharge because I didn't stay for whole 4 days and 3 night. I requested for a hotel with Breakfast but that didn't happen Which caused me to spend more money on food. Thanks in advance for your assistance on this matter.

No hair dryer or pool towels had to use the room towels

Nothing at all. It was a disgrace

It has leaking water from the sink and the floor was buckled and wet. Had to put a towel down on the floor so we didn’t have to stand on the wet floor. It smelled awful. And the desk employees were rude and I felt like they were doing us a favor to stay there.

I like the location. It's a little quieter then in the middle of everything. Staff was good. Room was good. I'll come back when they start serving breakfast again

They didn't serve breakfast. That's a big no no for me. I dont wake up. Till I had a coffee and breakfast. And I dont want to have to go down the street to wake up. I want to do it on site.

Beds, pillows stained with who knows what. Stayed 37 minutes. Fighting with management for refund. Room was was disgusting. Went next door and stayed at Comfort Inn. Days Inn known for prostitutes and drug use. I would disassociate yourself from this place. If money isn’t refunded I will be taking pictures and video of room to the local BBB and Wyndham corporation.

It was under 10 minutes to Emerald Coast and places to eat. We arrived early and they only had a smoking room available, which I wouldn't do again, but our non-smoking room was very clean and comfortable. Since we don't plan on spending a lot of time in a hotel room, the cost for us was reasonable.

The smoking room wasn't as clean as the non-smoking room.
