Alton was hosting the front desk when we checked in. it was late and rainy that night but he made the check in a pleasurable experience!

The location was great, you have everything you need in walking and driving distance.

Overall the trip and stay were great.

Honestly, there is nothing that I can tell you that I liked about my stay at this hotel. The only positive thing that I can comment on regarding this hotel, is that it was close to our travel route from the Interstate. This was one of my worst hotel travel experiences. No breakfast, had to wait at the back door for someone to give us access to the hotel, front entrance was not accessible, couldn't even get a coffee in the morning. We wanted to get some water to take with us when we were leaving in the morning and we were told hat the hotel could not fill our water containers because they didn't have access to any water. I would not recommend staying in this hotel to anyone.

My husband and I only stayed here one night. I loved the location! We felt very safe and restaurants and shopping are really close. The service here was wonderful as well. The lady at check-in was so friendly and the check-in process was fast and easy. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The parking lot was well lit and the property well maintained.

I think the price was a little high.

The guy working the breakfast bar was totally overwhelmed. There should have been three people working and there was only one. He did the best he could , and the desk staff jumped in and helped, but disappointing

The room was updated and classy. Beds were comfortable and shower had great water pressure. The front desk attendants were very friendly.

The free breakfast wasn't free and was basically fruit in a cup and orange juice. I still went to get breakfast nearby. The intercontinental breakfast should be removed from the booking.com
