Hot water didn’t work
Couldn’t take a shower like I wanted because the water didn’t get hot

I reserved a suite and when I got there I was given a regular room...all suites were rented and I could not change

The beds were very comfortable after our day of traveling
We checked in at 2 am. We had been traveling all day. Check in took awhile. At first he told me I didn't have a reservation. I showed him on my phone where my reservation had been confirmed. He said they had a storm to come through and cause some technical problems. We got in our rooms, we had booked two. they were right across the hall from each other, which was great. However, there was a dog in the room next to ours. The door was left cracked open as if the dog was staying in that room. The televisions weren't working in either room. There wasn't even a remote in one room. I called the front desk and asked about the TV and he told me he would call me back. That never happened. The door coming in to the building was not secured. It was left open. They were doing construction and the hallway going to our room was really dirty. The floors in our room weren't clean. The dog being in the room next to ours wouldn't have been a problem if they hadn't started barking every time someone went by their room starting at 7 in the morning. They barked when we first arrived and then settled down.

Front desk
A bag of my clothes went missing from my room that were never found. It was NOT in a trash bag, as the staff said the maid must have thought it was trash. It was in a big Sally’s bag. It was an outfit: pants, blouse, and underwear. They refunded $45 to my account; however, the clothes were more than that and no one let me know that any action was taken against who took the clothes. I have stayed at this same location many times. I will not return in the future, even though the front desk was very nice. I just can’t trust that my things are safe in the room. Jeanmarie Clark

The location was great and the staff was friendly
First room smelled like a smoking room. Bed sagged in the middle. Second night my key didn't work and I had no water. There was rust in the toilet and sink from the pipes

could not take a shower shower was busted and water would not go out the tub water went everywhere at first there was no hot water and someone called and said they fixed it. I think they give their worst rooms to people that go through booking.com customers that bed was comfortable there was only 5 channels on the tv all cartoons not even a regular channel and all you could smell on a non smoking floor was weed smoking terrible in the hallways on the 3rd floor it was just terrible. I have videos they should pay our money back seriously.

the TV in our room had lines going through it. the sink drain didn’t work and the shower was extremely difficult to get working. the breakfast was sub par. no eggs, juice was frozen, only fruit was Soft apples.

Location was great to the convention center
The hallways to the rooms were horrible for the money I paid . The shower rod was falling off. Bed had a stain on the sheets. Iron board cover was extremely soiled.

The hotel and room lacked on cleanliness!!! Found roaches crawling in the bathroom. Phone didn't work to call the front desk. The TV was so small and you couldn't even see the whole picture because it was messed up like someone hit/dropped it. Just horrible and they wouldn't give a refund.

Bookings.com is horrible! Hotel never has my bookings or resyejen I show up, double charged by the app and Hot!el! Customer service is a nightmare. No one knows anything incompetent and stressful! Laquita inn staff was Ghetto and some Ebonics’ I felt I work her up forge desk, combative and low class, so disrespectful and by using this app and paying fees I’ve lost $500 in th least two week! Disgusting bottom feeders! Obama lovers.

Didn’t eat breakfast at location. Restaurants near by had better selection.
No hot water, had to go to front desk to get towels and toilet tissue. Toilet tissue had mole on it.

Staff very hospitable. We got locked out of our room due to latch on the inside door. The staff was quick to help us out.
The showers need a good scrubbing. Underneath refrigerator was some kind of white powder. The door between adjourning rooms was not up to par. Needed a reinforcement of lock. Unfortunately the guest in the next room played loud music. Could replace bathroom Kleenex lid with new. The one there very rusty.
