it was clean and the staff was exceptional!! Rose was a joy absolutely splendid and a breath of fresh air!!

Everything was perfect!!

Right now, I am very disappointed with the bill. Currently, there are 2 unauthorized charges on my credit card and the hotel has not returned the funds to my account nor have they provided an explanation of these unauthorized charges. These charges have also caused my bank account to be charged with overdraft fees, due to these charges. SHOWER PRESSURE WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!

only 1 working elevator.. that took forever to go to the top and stop and every floor on the way down.

The phone in the room had some syrupy like sticky stuff on it. When I called the front desk and put the phone up to ear that’s when I felt it. Also the fruit was still frozen when we got “fresh fruit”.

Customer service. And the workers are very pleasant.

All things was a great experience.

Air conditioning wasn’t central and was very loud

The rooms were hot even with the thermostat down to 61. The phone had been unplugged and it didn't work once we plugged it in. The breakfast bar was ok. Things were cold and you had stuff to make a breakfast burrito but no eggs to go in it. Just sausage, salsa, cheese, etc

This used to be our go-to property when visiting family in Hoover but it has slowly deteriorated. We will be looking for another property.

Found broken light fixtures, broken alarm/radio. Killed two roaches in the morning. informed the front desk leaving and received a “ho hum” response.

It wad clean and staff was friendly.

Breakfast was poor.
