The perfect quiet location with stunning views. Complimentary cheese board and bottle of wine on arrival. The villa was cool (aircon) when we arrived, which we were grateful for since it was a super hot day. Really friendly and welcoming owners :)

Some minor upkeep to the villa (such a the back sliding door and bedroom window were quite difficult to open).

Excellent site layout. View was fantastic. Very quiet and peaceful. Central to Hunter valley attractions, restaurants and sights. Grounds well presented and looked after.

Some of the outdoor furniture needs upgrading.

This property is a hidden gem. it’s quaint, quiet and clean. we stayed 2 nights, Andy & Aileen are both wonderful hosts.

Perfect weekend away for a friends wedding. Incredibly helpful staff and a lovely place to stay surrounded by beautiful country side.

Everything! Beautiful peaceful location. Plenty of room for the three of us in the two bed villa. Our stay was made even more special by the early morning visit of 4 kangaroos right outside our villa. They stayed for ages giving us the chance to get some great photos and videos. Highly recommended property.
