Die Kabine ist mit Handtüchern, Wäsche, Geschirr, Geschirr, Ess- / Kochutensilien, Grill, Waschmaschine und Trockner bestückt. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit Betten / Kissen und einen TV mit DVD-Player. Es gibt auch eine Luftmatratze und eine zusätzliche Twin-Matratze für die zusätzlichen Gäste.

We chose this property because of the number of availble rooms, and the location. It did not disappoint! We had plenty of room for family, and really enjoyed the peace and quiet.
The cabin is maybe 15 minutes from Crater of Diamonds, which is one of my favorite places to visit. It's also about an hour away from Mt. Ida, so if you like to hunt for crystals, it's not far.
We spent a lot of time just sitting on the deck, watching the river and listening to nature. Wifi in the cabin wasn't great, but you don't go to a cabin to surf the net!
The only reason for the 4 stars on "Location and Neighborhood" is that I would really love to stay somewhere truly secluded with no neighbors. There is another cabin about 100 yards away that is mostly hidden by trees, but not completely. There is also another cabin across the river, but only the deck overlooking the river is visible from this cabin. Don't misunderstand me, we still had a great time, and had no problems with the neighbors. I just really like to be away from EVERYONE when I get away (it's just the way I'm wired).
Property owners were quick to respond to questions. We had a great time, and will definitely come back!

I don't know where to start and there isn't enough space here to share it all!! It was me,my daughter and her 5 kids ages 14,11,8, and 6yr old twins and the minute we turned into the driveway we were looking at @ 8 deer standing in the yard looking at us and that was the moment we KNEW it was perfect and fell in love!! Then we walked onto the deck and the view of the property, the forest and the river took our breath away and the love deepened! But when we walked through the door into the cabin it was so much more than just "a cabin on the river",it was not only beautiful but we instantly felt completely at home there.. for the whole of our stay every minute was better than the last one and we really hope to go back to stay there again! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

The place was perfect! If you want a quiet location with a lot of outdoors to BBQ, fish, float on the water…this is your place. We had such an amazing time! No diamonds, but lots of memories! Thank you for sharing your little getaway with us!

This is a lovely and secluded cabin, set in the woods, right on the Little Missouri River. From the deck in the morning, I watched deer, rabbits, and squirrels play. It was peaceful, roomy, clean, and welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We had the best view of the river. I loved starting my day with a cup of coffee and sitting outside enjoying the view of nature. We were not crazy about the town. There wasn't a lot to do. The cabin more than made up for it though. We were able to really spend family time together with out the distractions of staying busy.

What a fun, clean, peaceful getaway. The cabin was great. A truly FULLY stocked kitchen was a huge plus. It was like home away from home. The river was fun to swim in and the boys enjoyed making a dam. Saw deer in the mornings. Went to the diamond digging one morning and stopped in downtown for some shopping. The drive to the dog was about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this cabin and will be back next summer.

We had a wonderful stay here. The cabin was absolutely perfect for our group of 7. We enjoyed the dock where I spent my mornings drinking coffee and fishing. The diamond digging was no luck for us. However we did enjoy the arcade. My 4 year old enjoyed the Dino dig. We swam in the river for a little bit. We loved how clear it was! The Oklahoma storms followed us to Arkansas and it rained most of our trip. We made the best of it by enjoying the rain on the deck and hammock. The cabin is spacious enough that we all were able to enjoy quiet time by ourselves without having to be around everyone all the time. We cooked many meals in the cabin!! Definitely load up on alcohol before you come because the nearest place to get alcohol is 30 minutes away. No complaints on our end. We really enjoyed our get away!! Thank you for sharing with us for the week!😁

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the cabin on the river, but I was surprised and disappointed to see the poorly patched areas of the decking near the cabin and the OSB covered areas of deteriorated decking leading down to the river. Way Overdue for some deck repairs!
And take my advice if the downstream neighbor shows up blasting his truck stereo…DO NOT attempt to restore the peace and quiet by politely asking them to turn it down. The response will be to blast it louder and to demonstrate how loud the the truck can be by revving the engine over and over and over well into the night.
I realize that you can’t choose your neighbors at a vacation rental, but I believe the bad neighbors were the owners of the adjacent cabin and had no respect for the renters around them. Thankfully they only tainted our stay for 2 days! Otherwise, we had a nice stay visiting the Lake, fishing for trout, and digging quartz crystals.

After deciding to visit the Crater for my birthday, I booked My Sister’s Cabin for our stay, it did not disappoint! It’s roomy, beds were soft and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Great water pressure and hot water, too. The washer and dryer came in handy after spending a muddy day looking for diamonds. Catching a few bass and trout in the evenings was the icing on the cake. Myself, husband and folks, all agree we will be planning another visit!

Perfect place for families to getaway and get back to nature. Beautiful outdoor spaces to fish, set by the campfire making s'mores, or to just hangout and enjoy the view from the back porch. On those days when it's a little too chilly to be outdoors you can still enjoy the beauty of nature while the fireplace keeps you cozy and warm. With room to spare, 2 families with a total of 8 can have room to spread out and enjoy the end of a long fun filled day. Weather it's the dad's joking and talking about what to cook up for tomorrow's dinner, the moms catching up on what's been going on with everyone, or the kids playing and settling down in their room for the night. This place couldn't be more of a nature lover's delight. We will definitely be back !

Our family of 6 ( ages 3, 5 & 7 kids and 3 adults ) really enjoyed our stay here .we have been to Murfreesboro once before and really enjoy the location and kind people . Our kids spent hours running around digging in dirt and playing with rocks. Great location being on the water and 10 min from town. Our kids didn’t want to leave , they especially enjoyed the hammock. Already looking forward to our next trip. The hosts were very responsive to my questions during the stay as well

Property was as advertised. The view of the river was fabulous. We enjoyed having conversation around the fire pit and on the dock. The cabin was close to the diamond mines and restaraunts. I would definetly recommend this cabin!

We had a great time! The cabin was very spacious with plenty of room for our kids of all ages. Kitchen accommodations were very useful and the porch had a great view. We had fun making s’mores at the fire pit and the property was great for Afternoon walks. Our favorite was lounging in the dock, fishing and swimming in the river. Definitely recommend!

The location was great and the view of the river from the deck was nice, especially when they had the dam open. Overall it was nice, but I wouldn't book again. 4 of us stayed - ALL the hand soap and dish soap bottles were empty, we ran out of trash bags and paper towels. The beds were very uncomfortable - 1 person moved to sleep on the couch, pillows were cheap and thin, the cooking utensils, pots and pans were terrible. The deck had a dirt dobber nest right above the table, so we had a few flying around, which wasn't pleasant. There are 2 wooden chairs at the bottom deck that were rotten, cracked and missing slats-sketchy to sit on. The 'free' canoe had a huge hole, that had previously been repaired with duct tape and failed and had no seats. The 2 kayaks we rented for $35/each, both were broken, but still usable but uncomfortable. Very disappointed that we spent an extra $70 for broken kayaks. We ended up renting a pontoon and had so much fun - that in itself made the trip worth it.

The water was extremely cool and refreshing. The dam released water mostly in the afternoons and the schedule was easy enough to follow. The rooms are all nicely cared for and decorated and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and dining. We loved the back deck and enjoyed hanging out there all week. I would highly recommend this property for families or couples, especially those who love the outdoors (fishing, swimming, canoeing, paddleboarding, etc.)

I grew up in the area and have been gone a long time. I felt I knew about all the places that could surprise me like this one. The house is hidden down a long drive that ends at the river. I knew I would have at least 6 sleeping adults and feared the cabin wasn't going to be big enough. It has the perfect layout for several groups at once with its excellent design. I had issues with my boat but the river provided just enough water area that it didn't seem like a big deal. It was a laid back great experiencefor the entire family.
