This is our 4th time at the Cabin. We absolutely love the weekend we get to go. We have 4 children so this is beyond relaxing and enjoyable. We like taking a 20 minute drive to Roanoke and finding some nice places to eat and watch a game. SML isn't far either so it really has options if you want to get out and venture some. The hot tub is amazing and we look forward to this trip every year. Jim and Jane do a great job and so easy to work with. Love this place.

Cozy, secluded cabin away from it all but has all amenities we like in a rental... grill, hot tub, good views and peace & quiet! The cabin is stocked with anything you could possibly need... including beef from their ranch (on request)! My husband and I spent 4 days here as a quick getaway after our wedding for some much needed rest and relaxation. The Campbell's are great hosts with the most comfortable, clean and homey cabin! We will be back... in fact we have already booked our trip for next year. This cabin is top notch!

We enjoyed our anniversary stay at the cabin very much. It was beautiful to watch the sun rise each morning while having breakfast in the kitchen. The setting provided privacy with a view while being conveniently located to the Blue Ridge Parkway, restaurants, and shopping. I had specifically searched for a cabin near mountains and was in awe of the wonderful views. The cabin site was well planned for the mountain views with the Lazy Creek and pond as relaxing bonuses. Everything about the cabin was well thought out with attention to details. Upon entering the cabin is an amazing welcoming invitation of stylish furniture and top notch appliances providing for the relaxation that we needed. The quilted bed was very cozy along with the fireplace and comfortable recliner sofa. We were encouraged by the special touches of the kind faithful sentiments around the cabin. The cattle are the main feature of the farm and they are the ideal distance from the location of the cabin. The perfect end to our stay was to watching the excitement of cattle chasing hay on the tractor as we were driving out. Thanks to beautiful weather during our visit, we are definitely considering returning for another anniversary to explore more. Maybe even an excursion in warmer weather to enjoy the hot tub. Jane and Jim are excellent hosts and provided for a wonderful visit that made our trip memorable for years to come. Thanks for your kindness and assistance in making our visit a lifetime memory.

This cabin was a dream! Plenty of linens, fantastic hot tub, cozy fireplace and perfect little kitchen with everything we needed. We will be coming back!

Warm, beautiful, super clean and equipped cottage just as described online. We had an unforgettable anniversary in spite of the stormy weather that Sunday because the Lazy Creek cottage provided the comfort of a home. We’re planning to get back for our next year’s anniversary!

We celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary last weekend. The cabin was peaceful, comfortable, and cozy! The fireplace was a nice touch, along with the Christmas decor touches! We would love to revisit!

A relaxing, beautiful, quiet retreat which provided everything we could have asked for. This was our second stay at Jim and Jane's cabin, but this time we added an extra night... wonderful decision! We loved the fireplace on a cool fall night and enjoyed watching the stars from the hot tub. We'll definitely return!
