Very clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly

The smell by the back intrance was not good.

Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich und die Zimmer geräumig.

Das Frühstück ist amerikanischer Standard mehr nicht, und leider liegt das Hotel direkt am Highway. Je mach Zimmer kann es da auch nachts recht laut sein.

Breakfast had plenty of options and kept up with the masses. Very good for included in the stay.

Gut anzufahren, nicht weit vom Strand, Geschäfte schnell erreichbar. Fürs Frühstück gibt es auch einen Außenbereich! Schön gestaltete Außenanlage. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal!

Frühstück: Warten vorm Toaster, anscheinend zu wenig Mitarbeiter für die vielen Gäste morgens. Sie kamen nicht mit dem Wiederauffüllen der Warmhaltebehälter nach. Nicht so variationsreich und gut organisiert wie im Holiday Inn Express in Fort Bragg, CA.

I got back to my room at 4 in the afternoon, and it has not been done. At 5pm the maid knocked on my door to see if at least I wanted a change of towels. I told them I was leaving in 15 minutes and then they could do the room. She stated they were leaving right then. After complaining to the front desk, they told me the maids claimed I had the “do not disturb” sign. If that had been truth, why did they knock on my door at 5? They finally made the room grudgingly, suggesting si was not telling the truth about the sign.

Clean and comfortable. 15m drive to Santa Barbara. Breakfast was good and was resupplied at all times.

I love this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is VERY CLEAN AND WELL MANITAINED. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options and continually replenished. The beds are very comfortable. I loved the salt water pool. There is also a hot tub. The hotel is close to amazing restaurants (walkable) and incredible beaches. I had two dogs with me and the garden and grass areas were perfect. There is plenty of room in the room for them.
