Location is great...is in a great area and very quiet.....breakfast was also good. I enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the place. Transport services easily accessible and affordable.

I am satisfied with the services I received during my stay. I do not have anything to recommend at this stage.

The room was clean and smelt fresh. The environment was pleasant. My things felt safe. Very nice atmosphere.

Location was convenient. The security guard , breakfast and reception staff were friendly.

The outside seating in front of each room enables other guests to be very loud. There’s plenty of seating in the pool area which seems a better location. We had dinner in the restaurant and it felt like we were interrupting the staff who completely ignored us. We finally ordered and then it took over an hour to arrive. At least the food was good!

Comfortable, smooth check in via security (as we arrived late), good breakfast and clean Excellent location - 5 mins walk to the OK supermarket which was a real bonus

Our room was next to the swimming pool pump which went on all night Breakfast was so slow hat we ended up having a takeaway - took 35 mins.

Lovely place, delicious breakfast, let us check in late after baggage issues and the kind lady on reception helped us call the airport to find our bags and booked us a taxi. Lovely security guard checking us in making sure we had everything we needed. Great property.

Not a deal-breaker but there is a bit of a disconnect between the kitchen and guesthouse.

Everything about Esperanca was lovely. The room was comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Bonuses are aplenty, from the fully fitted Gym, Gift Shop, and Restaurant/Pub. Breakfast is included in the price and it was superb. All the staff were friendly and we even managed to get a load of washing done overnight!

There was nothing to dislike about the place.

Nice guesthouse and friendly staff. My wife is vegan and they made her a delicious breakfast just for her.

The room was a little dusty and the air-conditioning heating mode was kind of weak. They probably don't clean the filters often enough.

The breakfast was excellent. Freshly made and delivered with a smile and care by the restaurant. Delicious and filling.

Easy access after picking up our safari jeep, 24/7 guard on duty, very good price. Grocery and restaurant very close.

Could do with some refreshments and mostly better cleaning (e.g. lots of dust on the window blinds, musty smell). Quality of the furniture and equipment is OK, but definitely room for improvements with some small changes. Note: the car parking is quite narrow to enter and especially when leaving: you have to leave backwards. Cars/pick-up longer tan 5.5m may struggle.

It was convenient to have a lovely supper on the premises.

The rest couch did not appear very clean.

Staff were friendly and I loved the bookstore.

1. My tv didn't work. I managed to sort it out by myself. 2. The night guard was invading my privacy. Whenever I went out, he would be close by. I opened my curtains once, and he was right in front of my door. When he walks past a vehicle, he looks in with intent. He leaves the gate unattended, making guests wait long to be let in. Breakfast was horrible. There was mould on the cheese, making the entire meal horrible. I left my plate after a couple of bites. 4. Breakfast starts too late. If you have to attend a meeting at 8, it's impossible to only start breakfast at 7:30.

I absolutely loved the breakfast and their staff was so delightful to interact with. They made my stay memorable
