The location isn’t great - in an alleyway so not nice if you’re coming back late at night. Main thing we didn’t like was the security- the door is wooden and can be unlocked easily from the outside so we didn’t feel too safe. Thankfully Katut was very helpful but still wouldn’t recommend safety wise

Cleanliness

The service provided by Ketut was more then only excellent, the villa is really nice in its balinese style. Four sleeping rooms, nice pool, there is nothing to complain. The villa is central to all places in Seminyak, an advantage is the supermarket at Sunset Point. Excursions organized by Ketut und Putu were very interesting and compared to offers of tourist agencies very cheap. The place is really worth to stay

Seminyak itself is very touristic and crowded, the beaches are really dangerous because of its waves and currents. For shopping traditional balinese style stuff the area is perfect, the rest is much too expensive for the quality you get. Without staying in villa Teko it would not be a place I would come back again
