I have to complement Haidee on all the help she offered especially in regards to arranging Covid swab testing which in fact isn't so easy for a foreigner to organize. She really went out her way to get involved, no praise for her efforts comes high enough. Accomodation was close to the amenities we needed. God willing I'd love to return👍👍👍

Only 1small fault. I didn't like the plastic wrapping on the mattress, just made me sweat a bit , no other complaints.

*The unit is very comfortable and although it's studio, it was spacious enough. There is a small table for dining, a double bed, and under it is another bed that can be pulled out. It is also pretty quiet, so we had no problem sleeping. *Wifi is provided. The speed is pretty good, though you have to press the ON button a little longer than 3 seconds and wait a bit til the wifi name appear on your phone. It can take few while. *I love that they had a hair dryer, placed in the television rack. I rarely see one in many units I've checked in, so it was a big plus. There is also iron, microwave, and refrigerator. You can't cook though, but it is good value for those who would perhaps be staying less or about a week OR for those who like ready-made meals or to eat outside. *The bathroom has hot water and was easy to figure out. *Location is great and convenient, because it is walking distance to SM Sucat. You just go through the overpass and you'll reach it in more or less than 5 minutes. Also, because there are lots of jeeps outside, and I saw some taxis too. Nearby, across the SM Sucat... there are also some small eateries. If you're into carenderia foods, you'll want to check it there. *Security guards by the gate are of course strict for security purpose, which is good. But guards inside were pretty nice. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. I liked the place, and my grandmother did too. : )
