Incredible hospitality by Levan was really amazing! Nice apartments for 2 (or 3 families), great location 2 min. walk from the lift. Nice living room with sofas and good kitchen. Really good bedrooms and very good toilets, one on each floor

The apartment was awesome! Big living room with 2 pull out couches. The balcony was nice as well! The rooms were nice and comfortable. The apartment was not loud or anything so it was good to travel with kids. The host was amazing! Good Wifi, and the best location in New Gudauri, you are literally 50 meters from the Gondola and there are Restaurants all around you and the supermarket is right infront of the building.

The stairs can be a bit dangerous if you bring kids, so be careful. Everything was perfect.

Levan was very responsive and helpful in explaining everything. We stayed in this apartment from 4 - 8 April 2021. If you go out from the lobby, the left door will lead you directly to the supermarket. And the right door will lead you directly to the gondola and baby slope. So, whenever we need a break from skiing, we just walk directly back to the apartment as it is located just right there. Very roomy apartment with good amenities, from Washing machine, fridge, microwave, laundry soap, shampoos, slippers, disposable masks, tea, coffee, pepper, sugar, salt, even pastas, ANYTHING you need are in the apartment. If you need something, you can just tell Levan and he will send it immediately. No issues with the heater like other people wrote in their reviews... actually is was pretty hot that we had to turn the heater off or open the window and balcony door. The wi-fi is also working pretty good. There are two lockers available to keep our skis at the basement. And you can find several restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Recommended accomodation if you want to stay in New Gudauri! it is what you called "casa dolce casa" :) Grazie mille

Amazing place we found! Levan was a great host being incredibly helpful arranging transport for us and being flexible in the check in and check out times. We were 6 people in the apartment and we felt very comfortable, although 2 more people could have stayed with us without any problem. There is a ski depot on the ground floor which makes it very convenient for after skiing. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, absolutely everything is brand new, quiet building and located 20 seconds away from the gondola. Many restaurants and bars around it makes it the place to be in Gudauri. There is also a supermarket with an ATM (not common in Gudauri) right in front of the door and many ski rental places at the doorstep. Although we arrived at 7 in the morning, Levan was right there waiting for us to give us the keys, which was really appreciated. Also, the driver dropped us in the building and saved us the hassle of looking for the place which can be quite confusing. Basically everything was perfectly arranged for us and we were all really happy, I would totally stay here again.
