The apartment is big and confortable.

The pool is not clean and often without sun.

Well maintained apartments with clean bathrooms. friendly staff, who even helped to get a car for rent. We arrived in the morning by train and used the place to quickly freshen up, before leaving for our next destination by noon.

Everything on offer; very kind warm hosts, delicious breakfast, the privacy of the apartment, the pool and the overall vibe of the place. It's a complete value for money and would strongly recommend the property and the location for a peaceful stay in Goa.

눀 – Swimming pool was clean , property well surrounded by greenery, ambiance clean and good for family.

firstly, the accomodation which i was provided by the hotel owner was different from what i have booked for. i booked a one bedroom villa with garden view but the owner said to stay in the 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. (of which i got to know later from one of the housekeeper), they had the villa still did not accomodate me there instead narrated a false story and asked me to stay at the apartment which i did not reserved at all. secondly, the bathroom and living area always had some insects,lizard crawling over the bath tub and rooms which was scary. Thirdly, the housekeeper did not clean our rooms for any day of our stay citing excuse that there is no cleaner and he came only when we were outside on our sightseeing trip. Fourthly, Whenever we asked for break fast they would say it can be served on the timings when we weren't at the accomodation. (normal practise of timing for breakfast is( 7 to 10). they must have made arrangements to accommodate before 7. We were served breakfast as maggi for last day of our check out and that taste was pathetic,(A basic maggi would have sufficed, but god knows what they were upto while preparing it, this was also ordered and not in their inhouse kitchen) Fifth, No proper customer service, always had to call and enquire, no hospitality. Sixth, the wifi was not accessible in the rooms, Only living room area that too poor connectivity there. Seventh, No proper tea coffee arrangement for the guest, when i asked for tea, they were like you can make it yourself. Common man, we are here for a trip for leisure and you want us to make our own tea and breakfast? Rediculous. Eighth, TV did not have a DTH connection. Overall a pathetic service from the resort for a very hefty amount. Would be better if i would have taken accomodation in 5 star hotel in the same package.
