The host was amazing he provided several recommendations for dinner and even secured reservations for us. A true above and beyond service provider. I highly recommend location and host.

We had serious delays in the airport and arrived long after our arranged time. However our hosts could not have done enough for us. We walked from Piazalle Roma as we were late for the vaporetto but Matilde came to meet us at Rialto Bridge and brought us to the apartment. Check in and out was so easy. Matilde gave us loads of information on the city and places to eat. A very pleasant experience overall.

Nothing. Some building work being done nearby but I expect that is the norm for Venice as it seems a constant battle to maintain the buildings.

Didn't appreciate being woken every morning to builders literally outside the bedroom window on scaffolding drilling and banging from around 8.30am onwards. Would of liked to have been pre warned prior to our arrival.

The apartment was beautiful and close to San Marcos Square. The only thing that could of made it better was if it had a view.

If I had to say anything it would be the lack of a view and the construction outside.

Excellent check in service with Matilde. The location is super convenient, and the house in big and comfortable. Great value!

The photos respond to reality. The apartment was very clean and located in a perfect spot for vacation. Samantha and her husband were very kind and helpful to our needs. It was the perfect choice!!!!

Location top. But most of all I need to mention Guiulliano. He booked us a different restaurant every night , made sure we got a water taxi from and to the airport, gave us really venezian tips about the city. Best place to stay! We were traveling with 4 kids!

Location was absolutely perfect - just off st Mark's square - nice clean spacious apartment with all needed facilities and two nice bathrooms.

Very central apartment, close to all sights, shops and many restaurants. The apartment is comfortable for 6 people. Claudia met us at the vaporetto station, guided us to the apartment and gave us a great introduction to everything.

Location great. Beds comfy. Clean. Friendly and helpful host.

TV didn't work. Quite noisy at night. Extra Charge for 8pm (late arrival) - not obvious when booking and unreasonable.

Location Excellent, comfort and cleanliness exceptional, staff extremely accommodating and went out of their way to assist us.
