Foto’s ogen mooier dan werkelijkheid. Schoonmaak kon beter, maar appartement is misschien wel aan een upgrade toe.

Great location. Large living spaces. Good security. Very kind and helpful staff.

The property doesn't look like the photos anymore...the hotel exterior and the room interiors need to be updated. My toilet leaked, the shower heads need to be replaced, and the towels + sheets had stains. Everything smelled a little musty. Compared to other accommodations on this street I think it's overpriced for what it is now.

All the facilities and the building are old and always got issues. The Hygiene level is so low.

great location and worked well for two of us travelling as friends. comfortable and pool was nice. quiet street, air conditioning was great and the villa cat was super cute!

queen bedrooms balcony door keeper banging at nighttime when it was windy so I had to keep a stool in front of it to keep closed. I had an issue with my hot water which didn’t stay hot for more than 5 minutes and was dripping on the towels. mentioned to staff but unfortunately it wasn’t fixed before I left. friend had no issue with his shower

We enjoyed our stay at the Pelangi 148, staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was excellent, had everything we needed. Close to the new Mari club and beach.

The flat is spacious and 5 min walking to a wonderful public beach. There are few nice restaurants and mini supermarkets in the area. They provide 4 beach towels in each flat which is very convenient and there's a rack outside to let them dry. very easy to find and the check in and check out were smooth and fast. They accepted to keep our luggage till 8 pm

The bathroom and shower need an urgent facelift. The Flat looked like it was cleaned in a rush and the team seems to ignore hidden areas like under the beds for example which were very dirty. Not flexible - We arrived at 1:30 PM but they refused to give us the key stating that their check-in was only at 2 PM. We also requested a late check-out and they refused Strong smell of cigarette at the entrance of the building
