very good location, many restaurants, supermarkets cinemas everything we needed is nearby welcoming stuff and very clean apartment everything was working well the fridge, AC , comfy beds highly recommended ❤️

The apartment was very spacious, the furniture quality is very good. It is well maintained and cleanliness was really good. The staff was very helpful and especially Mr. Mohamed Gamal. They all made sure that our stay was exceptional. 5 min Walk to Point 90 mall and in the heart of New Cairo.

The flat was not clean, curtains messed up , couch dirty, gas stove dirty, no wi-fi.

I was there with my sister and we felt immediately like arriving home (or even better). big compliments to the interior designer.

the location was excellent. the staff was excellent. they provided us with a mifi unit even though wifi isn’t included.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness. we stayed at the 90 point mall Bluiding which is not the main prime residence. We expected a clean apartment but unfortunately we had a very dirty apartment. Feces on the bathroom floor, blood stains on the wall in bedroom.. the whole apartment covered in dust.. filthy.. no Wi-Fi available. all kitchen equipments are very old and heavily used. old stained furniture..smells like smoke/ cigarettes.. the garbage bin is located just outside the door and smells horrible..they only clean once a week..we end up staying with family at a different hotel called vibotel hotel which is 10 minutes away but way cleaner and nicer.
