The location is great, very close to several conveniences like restaurants, caffes, supermarkets, and some shops. Very close to the Duomo and an easy walk to Ponte Vecchio. The beds in all three rooms were comfortable and the space has an extra bonus with a washing machine, which we used several times.

The bedrooms were great and we were able to have three great bedrooms in this space at the expense of a common space with comfortable seating. The apartment does have a kitchen with a dining table and four chairs and two bar stools, but we would come back to rest in the afternoon and a small sofa and/or armchair would have been a nice amenity to have. This was a very minor thing and we would definitely stay here again given the chance.

The apartment has amazing locality in the heart of Florence. You can easily visit all the tourist attractions and local neighborhoods by walking. Apartment is nicely and freshly rebuilt. We had also small welcome surprise prepared in the kitchen - a bottle of Prosecco and some typical local biscuits. What was also very customer friendly - keyless online system when you are opening building and apartment doors by taping on an icon (10/10). Matteo our booking host was very caring. During our second reservation here we had some issue with booking.com while they couldn't charge my card and simply just canceled my reservation - Matteo took care about us and manage another great apartment for the same price.
