Being located along the coast brings cooler temperatures and a coastal breeze. *Community Beach Access is closed due to unstable cliffs. Nearest beach access from Surfsong is Fletcher Cove approx .2 miles & 5 min walk *For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot backup as we can't control service interruptions & outages. *Surfsong has an elevator from the parking garage to your unit floor. If for any reason the elevators are out of service, stairs must be taken. *This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around.
