I had to do the code to our door Atleast 3-5 times before it unlocked.

The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, and the second floor balcony view of Provincetown lovely. The bay side beach was great for walking. The property manager was on site and very helpful. Working BBQ and 2 fire pits were nice addition. Plenty of beach chairs. Room was roomy, kitchen very functional, and shower spacious. Everything was as represented online. Would stay here again, except for management company adding on unnecessary expensive fees.

The service charge that was added AFTER the sale. $250.00 on top of the advertised rates was pure robbery for such a broken and dirty accommodation.

Items left by previous renters, soap dishes left with soap dribbles from previous renters. I left the rental cleaner than I found it, washed the soap dishes and left them turned upside down so staff would notice.

The location is tremendous. Beautiful, comfortable room. Clean, modern bathroom. Loved the deck with table and chairs. The beach chairs were very nice. Room code made access easy. We really enjoyed our stay.

I was surprised by the amount of fees added to the hotel stay. As a single income household, this made it far more money than I intended to spend.

I was particularly impressed with Jocy who provided exceptional customer service. I am head of Human Resources for a large company and I know how hard it is to find great team members. Jocy is clearly one!

Exceptionally clean, and great location. Beautifully appointed and complete with all the items (kitchen, bathroom) a guest would want on a vacation.

I love it here and come every year…but this will be my last time. I used to love the staff and it was reasonably priced.

The new management company is horrible. there is NO staff on-site…if you have any issues you’re on your own. The fees are ridiculously high. Check in is 4pm which is way too late, they forgot to clean the balcony…the slider was disgustingly dirty. you could barely see through it.
