The location was fine, but the hotel and its owner are awful.

A very cold and dirty place with a histerical owner who does her best to spoil the stay.

I enjoyed that cozy place. I liked how clean it was. Even though the apartment was small, it had everything I needed. Coffee and cookies were lovely addition. The host was responsive and welcoming. I would stay there again.

The size of the unit was small, but I was prepared for that.

Upon my arrival from the airport, the owner met me, and walked me through the entry codes and the property. The room was clean, with sufficient space for a single occupancy. Kitchenet equipped with all needed provisions and supply. Beautiful view from window! the bath was clean with hot water all day long! I found ample of parking within a walking distance. The property is located in the heart of the 'Carmel Center' a short walk from restaurants, a supermarket or any other store I needed... In the shared area there is a washing machine and a dryer.

The ad says two things that are misleading I feel: - using luxury description (Boutique suite, etc), while it is not Luxurious in reality - in the ad it mentions sea view somewhere while we are actually far from the sea

Was perfect for our purpose. Looks a very good place for businesses vacation.

The room is big, the host was very nice, super clean, close to the city center (Merkaz Hakarmel)

Uncomfortable bad, noisy room (noise from the outside), very expensive- was expecting a perfect experience for the price I paid
