The negatives far outweighed any positives
Most expensive 10 days and nights of torture we ever had to endure. We had 2 nights sleep out of the 10 nights stay. The noise and partying is beyond anything ever experienced. Shouting and screaming even WITHIN the building.Ample Fumes of Recreational drugs present in the passages of building. Taxis and car hooters audible ALL NIGHT long.
This unit IS NOT “sound proof”. we had to sleep in the 2nd bedroom to escape the noise.
was told the noise was just because of long weekend and “should quiet down” after that. Even Security Guard said the noise is almost every night.
Apartment is filthy.
Kitchen Poorly equipped with mismatched cutlery and crockery - creates the impression that it is hand me downs.
Far from “luxury”… Microfibre fitted sheets. Bent venetian blinds. One in main bedroom doesn’t open.
Shower walls mouldy and shower doors needs good scrubbing.
Plug for kitchen sink leaks the other doesn’t work ar all.
No drying rack for non-tumble dry-able items.
2nd bedroom cupboard full of stuff like old pillows etc. Did not even unpack my child’s suitcase.
Place needs SERIOUS Deep Clean.
Landlord not at all phased about noise issue or prepared to resolve situation.
parking spots extremely small. Rental car scratched.
Stay away. Run away. Don’t be fooled by the view.

I loved the location of the apartment and the interior was beautiful, the apartment had manuals that made the stay easy and efficient it was like i had my own tour guide in my hand.

Location was easy to find...
The worst experience ever! The host does not respond on WhatsApp, text, email nor answers her! The place was filthy from stinking fridge, wet dirty mop next to the fridge, bathroom basins not fully cleaned. The iron has wires out therefore we could not use it and had to go about with creased clothes! What a shame as it’s a beautiful place that is just not taken good care of. Oh sound proof? A joke as we could hear the neighbours all night till the wee hours of the morning!

The apartment was clean, and view of Table Mountain was nice. Sofa and bed were comfortable. The security was very friendly and welcoming. Even the maid that cleaned the apartment handed us the key was very friendly.
No soap was in the bathroom in the shower and the liquid hand soap by the sink had more water added to it then soap. The towels were old and faded. The aircon in the main room was not working. The portable fan/ heater was not working properly in the lounge and the area seemed very unsafe. So many vagrants and loud noises at night.

Tastefully decorated but would say its luxurious. Spacious. WIFI is great
Very noisy on weekends due to being so close to Long Street. Its ideal for Long Street party goers as noise carries on till 4am. Place is very dirty and mould in bathroom not good for one's health, which was better after we sprayed
Mould and Mildew. Door handle is very tight. Took us 30 minutes and help of security, chat with Booking.com to get in at 23:30 on day we arrived. My husband was only one who could open door in the days we were there.Shower panel wheels were broken ,came off. 1 toilet roll provided for 7 days. 1 sheet on bed. No DSTV and struggled to get Apple TV to work. Place needs attention.

We loved everything about the place,it was spacious especially for the kids and very clean and modern , what you see in the pics is what you get, the view is breath taking and you cannot get enough of it also loved that the place was sound proof after the doors and windows were closed, definaetly will recommend 502 flat rock and cannot wait to visit again.

The apartment was spacious,beautiful and everything you need is there. My friends also loved it, we will definitely come back.

Location.
Very filthy. Kitchen cupboards were dirty and stained. The place did not looked as though it had been cleaned. There was dust and dirt everywhere. The shower leaks and has mould. The kettle leaks which could not be used. The owner wanted to send a cleaning lady but our days were all full and we didn’t want to be waiting in the room while she cleans and waste a day. The owner needs to go to the place and see if she would stay there.
We had to go and get toiletries as well as sugar, coffee, tea and other few essentials.
What you see is definitely not what you get. Never again.

Location was great. The apartment is nice and spacious and soon relaxing. Everything we need was in reach. Would go there again.

Well equipped apartment with almost everything you need. There is a lovely outside area with amazing views.
There was no toilet paper and the place was dusty in the rooms and bathrooms and linen was not on the best state.
