Hotel Zara

We stayed at Zara Hotel in Bansko, in room 2103, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the hospitality and the attention to detail. When we entered our room, we found complimentary champagne and bottled water waiting for us, which was a lovely surprise. Even more impressive was the fact that we had originally booked a standard room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us, completely free of charge, to a beautiful Deluxe Apartment. This was an incredibly generous gesture and something we truly appreciated. The entire staff was exceptionally kind, polite and helpful. We would especially like to mention the reception staff, who were always friendly, professional and willing to help with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble. One day, when it was raining and we wanted to go for a walk, they even offered us umbrellas free of charge. These small but thoughtful gestures really show what genuine hospitality means. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. The swimming pool and SPA facilities were excellent, and everything we needed was provided, including bathrobes and towels. The facilities made it very easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The food was also excellent. Both breakfast and dinner were served as a very rich and well-organized buffet, with a great variety of choices and something for everyone. We were also very impressed with the well-equipped and organized gym, as well as the children's corner, which is a great addition for families. Overall, Zara Hotel offers everything you could wish for: cleanliness, comfort, excellent facilities, delicious food and, most importantly, truly exceptional hospitality. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We left the hotel with a big smile and the feeling that we had been genuinely looked after. We will definitely return to Zara Hotel in the future

Exceptional! The hotel is really amazing, the staff were very nice and always ready to help you if needed. Everything was clean. You have plenty of food to choose from, dinner especially. Vegan options too! The yard is super beautiful, plenty of sunbeds, also the pool is nice. Parking right in front of the hotel. Every recommendation!

The stuff were very helpful and at service. The food was not bad either.

The bathrooms were stinky, the smell was unbeatable. Not sure where the smell was coming from, but to my opinion something they have too look into.
