Well maintained to high standard. Very friendly and helpful staff. In general we received 5 star service at hotel. Nice outdoor pool and good SPA facilities

Massages are not great- needs big improvement as the price is relatively high. Restaurant is a bit on pricier side-though service is excellent.

The hotel is very stylish really awesome everything looks new and beautiful. The bed is the most comfortable i experienced. The pools are great. I liked the jacouzi outside with the view to the mountains. The breakfast is the best i had in bulgaris with a large choice of fresh pastries including 2 kinds of croissants and fresh bread you cut by yrself. The hotel feels more like a five star.

The big problem is how its built. Its built not in high (it has only 3 floors) but in wide so you have long corridors to walk and also many stairs. Our room was located very far. First there are a few stairs to the elevator (around 7) then along the corridor we had twice these 7 stairs to climb then a big door to.pass then another 7 stairs to go down then a big door to pass...and when you need to do these with suitcases it was difficult. Thats why i didnt give a 10. If you go out and forget something to take with you well youll have to do all this way back. So i recommend when you book to ask for a room near the elevator with as few steps as possible. Also you get lost easily . Because of all these corridors and doors it takes time to find ways to the different places in the hotel. Everything is complicated. Also if you take the basic room although it is beautifull and i liked it very much it is quite small both the room and the bathroom.

Location was great for day trips in bansko area The facilities were in a very good conditions, the kids enjoyed the pools very much. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was really good with lots of possibilities, in a very high level. Rooms were pretty much as expected.

Racist staff member welcomed us. He said hello where are you from, and after telling our country, he frowned, stopped talking to us and went away. Also, we bought new years eve tickets for the buffet, which also had a “welcome cocktail” included. Turns out there was no cocktail, and when we asked the person responsible they kust said no, heres some soft drinks. We paid 110eur wach for this buffet and this was very unexpected
