Ένα πολύ ωραίο, ευρύχωρο και σιωπηλό διαμέρισμα με θέα στα βουνά του Δολομίτη. Το ιδανικό μέρος για να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας με φίλους ή οικογένεια κάθε εποχή.
Το διαμέρισμα είναι ένα τυπικό σπίτι της Cortina για 7 άτομα. όλα γύρω υπάρχει ένα μικρό ξύλο με άλλα σπίτια. η περιοχή ονομάζεται "i cirmoli" που είναι τα τυπικά πεύκα.
ο τόπος είναι πολύ πολύ με τη δυνατότητα να σταθμεύσουν εύκολα τα αυτοκίνητα. Το λεωφορείο βρίσκεται ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι από τον κεντρικό δρόμο.

My friends and I used this as our ski apartments in Cortina in 2024. Location is really good with a short walk into town for evening meals. There were 4 of us, 2 shared the twin room because the 4th bedroom was too small.

Plenty of room for six people, and there are two big sofas as well, very comfy. Everything very clean and tidy - well looked after. Small balcony is accessible from living room and two bedrooms - the view is a few glimpses of peaks through trees. Kitchen is retro but everything works and well provided for. Electric kettle but no microwave. Wifi is good. Plenty of room for parking outside the apartment. You can walk to town centre in 10 mins. Very good value if its space you are after.

The property is conveniently situated and pleasant. However, some things could be improved:
1 We arrived very late at night in the dark and rain. We managed to find the correct apartment block but had not received any information on which apartment it was! We had to try the key in the door of each one until we found the one it fitted.
2 There are no instructions for anything - cooker, tv etc.
3 The kitchen equipment is quite antiquated.
4 We were very surprised to receive a text from the owner a couple of days after arriving home, saying we had left the apartment 'very dirty' and saying she would retain €50 from the deposit. This would be on top of the €50 cleaning charge already in the cost of the apartment. This accusation is untrue and made a very upsetting end to our holiday. We cannot imagine what was supposedly 'very dirty'. It is doubly annoying when the apartment hadn't been particularly clean when we arrived. We'd had to wash crockery before we could use it and there was plenty of dust around. A horrid end to our trip.
