About this campground/ rv resort rental
This rental is perfect for up to 5 or 6 people. Holden Beach is a local secret. You feel like you are getting a little peace of paradise. Gators Grant is only 3 miles to Holden Beach and boating dock. Check in is anytime after 4:00. *A fee of $40 will be charged for early check in requests if available. *This is a smoke and animal free rental! Outdoor security cameras for added protection. Myrtle beach and Wilmington is a 30 min drive. My two bedroom/ three bed home is decorated very beachy and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in privacy. It has a fully functional kitchen with everything you need. Laundry room too! I have a charcoal grill and a fire pit in the back yard and a large screened in porch to relax on. There are vacant lots next door so very secluded. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boats! You can almost golf here year round. My home is a very clean and upscale mobile home surrounded by shady trees and the intercoastal waterway. One bedroom has one full and one queen bed and the master bedroom has a queen bed.

Will rent again!
Property was in a super quiet very convenient established Park.. we were just minutes from the beach but it was also very relaxing. Everything was incredibly spotless and clean and just as described. We brought a 20-ft trailer with us and had no problem parking it. Owner has done a good job of updating the trailer to include a beachy nostalgic feel. The back porch was wonderful

It was VERY clean, decorated really cute, very quiet area. Wendy was really sweet, she texted us a "Happy Anniversary" and kept in contact with how our stay was going.

Nice location
Easy check-in and nice location. Home was clean and cared for. Owner kept in touch frequently. The area is close by to many things and the boardwalk in the neighborhood to the ICW was nice. Though it was a cold and wet weekend, it was still a nice trip to travel and check some new spots.

House was clean and well stocked, enjoyed the screened in porch very much. Would recommend this home if you want to get some peace and quiet.

Wendy was the perfect host! She was there 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns. The home was super clean, beautifully decorated and not far from the beach! Screened in back porch was such a great bonus! We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this little place. The home is very comfortable and decorated very nicely. Has everything you need for cooking and doing laundry.

Home away from home!
We loved our stay from the moment we got there. From the location close to the beach(about 3 miles from Holden beach) to the dock and being able to crab or fish.. The house was a nice, cozy place..not huge but certainly spacious to accommodate all of us. Stocked with basically anything we could need while being there. Having a grill was nice as well..and the outdoor shower was a plus when coming back from the beach..honestly it was alot better than going to one of the bigger beaches..alot less hassle to deal with..there were things for us to do..kids had fun mini golfing and at the water slides..great places to eat. Definitely recommend the Seafood Barn...Peaches and Cream was a very nice place to get homemade ice cream.. Plan on coming back next year..now just to make the reservations

My parents were very happy with this rental. They enjoyed the solitude of sitting by a fire, and being away from the hustle and bustle, but being close enough to get out and enjoy the area. it was well stocked and clean.

Wonderful weekend getaway
We had a great stay. The location is perfect and we were even able to catch a few crabs from the dock. The house had everything we could have needed and the owner made the rental process easy and hassle-free.

Very nice accommodations and having Netflix saved us on the rainy days. The place had everything we needed and kitchen was well stocked with things for cooking a meal. Comfortable beds and good air condition made it a very relaxing stay. Loved the outside shower too.
