'Yowie 3' is a modern, self contained charming top floor apartment/Lodge in a small block of 4 units. In Jindabyne, sleeping up to 6 people. (Council approved for 6 only). Walk to the town centre, local shops, restaurants, eateries, bars, cafes and the lake. The snowfields of Perisher or Thredbo are an easy 25-35 min drive by car or the bus stop is just around the corner. Boat ramp is located a 5-6 minute drive away. Cosy wood fire, (FREE - barrel of wood and kindle supplied each stay - Winter only) to relax in front of after a great days skiing/boarding or just snow play. Inverter air conditioner for warmth in winter & cooling in summer. Oil heaters in both bedrooms Comfy lounge with 55 inch Hisense UHD smart TV. Blu ray DVD player with DVD's and games for the kids. Unlimited wireless internet with Superloop 4k HD Apple TV (Log into Netflix/Stan/Binge/Prime/Kayo/Spotify for all the movies/sports/music or screen mirror your iPhone for Foxtel etc (with your own account details). Youtube & other free apps also available. Charging station in the loungeroom provided for iPhones, iPads and iPods aswell as Micro USB cables for other brands. Lockable safe in main bedroom’s wardrobe, to store your valuables. Cooking equipment, utensils & tea towels are supplied in the kitchen. Coffee, tea, & sugar also supplied. The bed configuration is: Bedroom 1: 1 x single bunk bed (sleeping 2) 1 x double bed (sleeping 2) Bedroom 2: Queen bed (sleeping 2) Wardrobes in both bedrooms Portable cot available Most beds have electric blankets, but all have pillows, doona's and warm blankets. Linen provided (Fitted and flat sheet, pillow case and towel) for each bed/person booked to stay. Laundry includes - Washing machine, dryer, iron. Bathroom with shower, bath & toilet. This apartment is just a convenient delight. It has literally everything you need and is well maintained and is extremely comfortable. Our kids (8yrs and 10yrs) loved the bunks and double bed and the location is an easy walk to the town and the shops. For runners, parkrun is held along the lake and it is an easy walk to the start and the path along the lake is great for scootering, biking, running and walking. We all particularly enjoyed Birchwood cafe which is nearby. We stayed during summer and it was an easy drive to get up to Thredbo village for hiking and mountain biking. We just loved our stay and would definitely return.

This is a very comfortable place to stay for a couple of weeks. We enjoyed our stay very much. We appreciated the effort made with interior decoration - skis, photos, etc.

What a great place! Jindabyne is both a summer and winter favourite of ours and to find a place to stay that is so cute and comfortable was a blessing! We would love to make this our regular place to stay whenever we return.

We only stayed for one night because we were just passing through but would have loved to stay longer. very cozy, clean and comfortable. everything you could need has been thought of and provided. I did find it difficult to contact the host but I think that's more to do with the Stayz website. highly recommend, excellent value for money.

We enjoyed our stay at Yowie 3 because we were after a short notice 2 night,6 person family stay,that was competitively priced with good access to the snowfields. Not easy to find at this time of the season.But Yowie was perfect for what we needed:easy access,great communication with the host,close proximity to everything you’d need in Jindy,an easy run to the snowfields,and a lovely warm ski chalet vibe. Would highly recommend.

Good location just 1 street away from the bus a neat and tidy place to stay It worked out great for 5 adults Kitchen area ok for short stay but there is no real storage for food items so spread out on the bench or kept it in laundry We had a wet time skiing so had to light the fire to get the house warm enough to dry everything the wood was a bit wet so it didn’t burn very well but we had fun trying out our scouts skills Overall a good experience the house is better than the photos Beds very comfortable

Clean, and comfortable with everything you could reasonably ask for. Around a fifteen minute walk to the pub and restaurants. We would definitely consider going back. Very limited water view.

We loved staying at Yowie. The place had everything we needed. Close to lake for a swim after a day of mountain biking. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely leafy outlook with variety of bird life to watch. We would definitely stay there again.

After the hustle and bustle of Thredbo, it was absolutely fantastic to come to this property, where you just felt welcome from the first moment you walk in the door and realise you're not being ripped off at a ski resort anymore.... Do yourself a favour and stay in here rather than an overpriced sterile hotel/motel and feel like you're at home

Gorgeous fireplace. Modernised fresh look with mountain feel. Great bedrooms. Plenty of space. Large laundry space. Older but functional electric stove not ideal for cooking. Older but very clean and tidy bathroom. Overall great mountain feel.

An amazing little space with spectacular views. We stayed at this two bed room unit for two days during our snowy mountains trip on the long weekend. It was well presented with pretty much everything you need and adequate parking space. During the check in we had some trouble where the main power was turned off and we could not find the main switch, but the landlord assist us to sort that out.
