About this house rental
Situated in Caraguatatuba, this attractive house for $205 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Our beautiful house, comfortable and airy, offers wonderful views of the Atlantic Forest (behind) and the sea with the islands (the front). The house combines the tranquility of the quiet corner of Cockaigne Beach with the security of a small condominium with 24 hour surveillance. Wi-fi throughout house. It has four bedrooms, each with air conditioning and also fans. There are three with double beds with sea view (one of them suite), two of them with balcony. The 4 bedroom has 3 single beds and overlooks the garden and the forest. It has two full bathrooms (one of them suite), a toilet and an external shower The house offers three openings inside the yard and one the front of the house at the social entrance (outside the house). Access to the beach: on foot is 600 meters (10 to 15 minutes) down to the road and walking a few meters towards Ubatuba, just after passing the condominium below, through a small rustic trail along the river and then you arrive in a beautiful corner of Cocanha beach. Going by car, 1 km, less than 4 minutes when there is no traffic, stay on one side of the road to Cocanha Beach and on the other, towards Ubatuba, is Mococa Beach. As for the trade: In the village of Massaguaçu, 1 km away, 10 minutes without traffic, on the side of the road that leads to forest, has small supermarket, grocery store, pharmacy, fishmonger and even a shop specializing in meat for barbecue. So, reasonable to complete something that is missing. Note: Our suggestion is that in high season (carnival and New Year), as the traffic is intense, take things to get enough enough so that you do not have to get out too much by car. In the same village of Massaguacu, on the street by the sea (Av. Maria Carlota), there are restaurants and the pizzeria in our opinion has the price versus good quality. The house is situated in a small gated community and is on a hill 60 meters above sea level with a great view. Fun: In the busiest area of the beach, both Cocanha and Mococa, there are several kiosks and also offers amusements such as boat trip to Cocanha Island (800 m) or Tamanduá Island (4 km), ski-banana rentals, kayak, stand-up paddle among others. Pois é! Foi exatamente isso que sentimos. Um lugar cheio de energia boa, todo estruturado de forma confortável e prático. A casa oferece tudo que você precisa para se sentir aconchegado. E o que falar da Arlete? Parece até que já a conheço a anos, de tão querida que é! As fotos do anúncio conseguem expressar o que qualquer pessoa sentirá ao chegar nesse paraíso. Temos também toda assistência das pessoas designadas pela Arlete, para nos recepcionar e amparar no que se fizer necessário! Superou as expectativas.
AMEI SUA CASA, ARLETE! Voltarei, com certeza! Só que da próxima vez no período de inverno para curtir sua lareira e a imagem magnífica do mar que temos da sala!

Uma torre para relaxar.
Esta casa oferece tudo o que os hóspedes podem querer para um excelente período de descanso sem precisar se preocupar. Localizada no alto do morro em condomínio fechado e cercada por natureza, oferece vista para o mar e para a mata atlântica. Muito ampla, fresca e primorosamente cuidada, faz a gente se sentir em casa desde a chegada. Muito limpa, oferece todos os itens de conforto, incluindo um ótimo filtro de água (importante no litoral!), banho aquecido eficientemente por energia solar, ventiladores em todos os cômodos e ar condicionado em todos os quartos, varandas, redes, churrasqueira, um belo jardim... enfim, uma maravilha de casa. O único detalhe a prestar atenção é o acesso à prainha da Cocanha: não há acesso à praia por dentro do condomínio.
No mais, foi uma ótima experiência e desejamos voltar com certeza. Já estamos com saudades.

Melhor impossível
Simplesmente foi a melhor experiência que tive no litoral paulista, o imóvel é incrível, localização ótima, vista privilegiada, totalmente funcional, vários ambientes, simplesmente impecável.
E é nos pequenos detalhes que vemos a diferença, a decoração, caderno de recados, caderno detalhando tudo que tem no imóvel e com foto, mural com instruções e mapa da região, realmente é perfeito.
A dona Rose foi a pessoa que nos recebeu, super simpática e prestativa.
E a Sra. Arlete (proprietária do imóvel), que pessoa incrível, totalmente atenciosa, aquela pessoa que nós sentimentos prazer em conversar, ela é demais.
Foi muito top, este imóvel sempre vai ser minha primeira opção quando for para o litoral paulista.

A casa é sensacional!! 4 quartos muito bons, a sala é integrada com a cozinha, tem tudo se precisa. Cadeiras de praia, guarda-sol!

Positivo:
A recepção, a conversa com a Sra. Arlete, foi tudo maravilhoso.
Casa Limpinha, bem aconchegante, todos os quartos com ar condicionado, sala ampla, cozinha bem equipada, uma vista maravilhosa, acorda cedo com a vista para o mar é simplesmente lindo.
Negativo:
Apesar da casa ser linda, nas negociações poderia ter dito que não fica tão perto do mar, foi dito que existia uma trilha por dentro do condomínio que não tem, para ter acesso ao mar, tem que sair do condomínio ou a pé ou de carro, nas conversas poderia ser dito a distancia correta da praia.
Observações finais, mesmo sendo um pouco mais longe da praia do que estávamos esperando, a nossa estadia foi incrível, descansamos bastante, e deu para curti

O título já diz tudo, casa maravilhosa, opinião de todas as pessoas que estavam comigo.
Gostaria primeiro de ressaltar a total gentileza da Arlete, que desde o início do nosso contato, foi muito atenciosa. Deu super certo, conseguimos descer todos os dias com a Dona Esmeralda de carro e entramos sem problemas pela portaria do condomínio .
A casa é muito ampla, bem iluminada e arejada, muito bem cuidada, limpa. Tem tudo que é necessário para o dia a dia, e o principal, sua energia. Fiquei muito em paz nesses dias que passei lá. Pena que acabou!!!!!
Ter wifi na casa inteira também é um ponto muito positivo, porque mesmo querendo nos desconectar do mundo, pude aproveitar um tempo livre para ler vários textos que estavam pendentes.
Muito legal o aquecimento solar, hj precisamos muito dessa sustentabilidade.
A única ressalva seria ter mais uma geladeira (claro que levamos muita coisa que era de geladeira e foi preciso fazer um esforço para acomodar tudo).
Arlete, de todas as casas que já aluguei, a sua é, sem dúvida, a melhor que pude apreciar.
Esqueci, dormi muito bem.... os colchões são muito bons, não acordei nenhum dia com dor no corpo e todos da casa tb disseram o mesmo.

Excelente. A casa é toda equipada e limpa.
Primeiramente gostaria de agradecer a Deus por tudo. E agradecer a Arlete, Gui e a Rose pela hospitalidade. Arlete super simpática e atenciosa, cuidou de cada detalhe. A Rose por nos receber super bem e ao Gui pela historia que ele deixou no caderno contando o sonho de comprar aquela casa, aconselho a todos que forem lá a ler tbm.
A casa é bem equipada, tinha tudo o que precisávamos, a casa é na montanha com vista privilegiada do mar, sem palavras para descrever. foram 4 dias maravilhosos e já estamos planejando de voltar em fevereiro se Deus Quiser.

Uma das melhores viagem em família. A casa é fantástica e tudo que esta nas fotos não resumem a qualidade e carinho que fomos recebidos. Lovely place!
It was a real pleasure to stay in the house. The house is really spacious and has comfortable and nicely decorated rooms (and very comfortable beds), a beautitful garden and terrace with a great view. The house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed (f.e. kitchen equipment, movies we could see and books we could read). The owners were very helpful in providing information and making us feel at home. We could easily walk to the beach and enjoy the see. I would definitely recommend the house!

A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, pessoalmente muito mais bonita! Fica em um condomínio bem seguro. Muito bem cuidada e tudo conservado, e nos surpreendeu pois tem tudo! É maravilhoso acordar com aquela vista e dormir com o barulho do mar! Arlete mesmo longe nos trouxe muita segurança e se mostrou disposta em todos os momentos! Une maison accueillante, lumineuse et très bien agencée.
Ces quelques jours de vacances furent un vrai délice!
Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente chez soi des les premiers instants, et le jardin comme la vue (que ce soit côté mer ou forêt) ont rendu notre séjour d'autant plus merveilleux.
La plage est très proche, ce qui est idéal pour profiter du calme et des lumières de l'aube avec une baignade bien matinale!

Se chover você pode tirar uma soneca olhando para à praia entre almofadas com capas de Klimt ou jogar ao jogo da memoria com quadros de Van Gogh.
Ideal para uma estadia em familia curtindo a natureza.
As fotos do site são lindas mas é muito melhor estar lá!!!

Férias inesquecíveis
Eu e meu namorado passamos uma semana nessa casa maravilhosa e saímos de lá encantados. A casa estava muito limpa, equipada com tudo, um lugar perfeito para descansar e curtir a vista incrível que de um lado da casa tem o deslumbre das ilhas do Atlântico e do outro as montanhas da Serra do mar. A localização é ótima, bem perto da praia e de um ponto de ônibus. Nós nos sentimos seguros no condomínio,todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e ficamos impressionados com o cuidado e gentileza que a Arlete, mesmo de longe nos proporcionou.
Saímos de lá com um gostinho de quero mais. Adoramos!!

a wonderful holiday
We arrived by car from Sao Paulo, the road to Massaguaçu is beautiful and the "condominio" of the house was easily found. It is on top of a hill with a big gate and security in the midle of the rainforest!
The house itself is beautiful and the housekeeper realy nice, she was always able to help us. It is realy nice to sit in a hamhock infront of the ocean, reading a book or just enjoying the view. The house has everything what you need! The beach close by is stunning, lovely water, soft sand and little islands infront, we realy enjoyed spending our afternoons there, getting suntaned.
The coast of Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro is breathtaking! By car or bus you are able to make lovely day trips, discovering new beaches or walking on paths in the rainforest. The house has the perfect place to start trips, with a busstation close by.
All in all it was a perfect week, sadly it passed too quick! I would be happy to come again!

Mesmo com atraso, não poderia deixar de falar sobre a casa da Arlete & Gui. Seria um ato de egoísmo não dividir nossa incrível experiência com as pessoas que procuram uma casa segura, linda e com todo o conforto necessário para um descanso tranquilo, num ambiente de muita paz e boas energias!
Desde o primeiro contato a Arlete se mostrou receptiva, extremamente acessível, bom papo e de uma gentileza que é rara hoje em dia! Penso nela mais como uma amiga querida que tem o maior prazer em compartilhar seu aconchegante espaço. Acreditem: vale muito à pena!
Quanto à casa propriamente dita, não há muito o que se dizer, as fotos falam por si. Sim, aquela vista da varanda é real e até hoje quando tenho um dia daqueles, penso nela e medito. Depois disso, tudo melhora!
O Condomínio é uma graça e a localização muito boa: em dez minutinhos de caminhada, você chega à praia e daí...é só alegria!

Descanso, tranqüilidade, comodidade
Pela segunda vez utilizamos este imóvel e desta vez nos sentimos em casa mesmo, pois já conhecíamos cada cantinho da casa. Casa bem aconchegante e extremamente bem cuidada.
É um lugar para se esquecer os problemas e curtir a natureza, longe do estresse das grandes cidades. Tudo bem preparado para nos receber.
A proprietária é bastante atenciosa e faz o possível para que nossa estadia seja a mais agradável possível. Recomendo muito.

O local é precioso, o contato com a natureza, pássaros exóticos que chegam a todo momento nos surpreendendo, lindo! Sem falar da paisagem espetacular que nos traz uma tranquilidade e relaxamento. Despertar e ver o mar, pela sacada foi tudo de bom!! Poderia passar o dia sem sair da casa, apenas contemplando a paisagem! Wonderful home with a great view. The house had plenty of space was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. I can't say enough good thing about the home owners. I personally don't speak Portuguese, but the home owners accommodate all of our needs and made the trip, check in, and check out process easy. They also gave us many good tips about the area, such a restaurants, and beaches. I highly recommend to anyone interested in a relaxing weekend.
