Three bedrooms with comfortable queen mattresses. 2 Full Luxury bathrooms upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. This end unit with fabulous panoramic views is located just steps from the water. Pier 96 Townhomes are located at the southern part of Lake Greenwood (deepest and clearest water). Bring your own boat or rent one and dock steps from your back door! Master suite has ensuite full bathroom with custom tile shower and dual showerheads. Master has home office space with built in desk so you can work or surf the net with a relaxing lake view. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances. Bar stools that sit two and a table in the dining room can seat 4. Enjoy sitting on the back deck and relaxing by the lake or take a cool swim in the community pool. 3 Bedroom - all queen (flat screen TVs) 2 1/2 bath Full kitchen with cookware / dishes Internet / WiFi Cable Gas Grill Deck with table and chairs Washer / Dryer Coffee Maker Dishwasher Buzzards Roost boat ramp is 1/4 mile away. My family stayed here since my daughter had an All-Star softball tournament in Ninety Six. I picked it incase her team did not move up, and we would still have something to do while we were down. I could had not asked for a more reasonably priced, clean, quiet location! The owner was awesome and the local neighbors were friendly. I highly recommend it!

This house served us well for our time in SC. It was right by the lake and we enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and as described in the booking. Communication with Derek was great on issues that arrived. I would stay here again!

Very nice !!! Very clean !!! The only problem we had was trying to figure out which channel changer to use .... took forever to turn the tv on !!! Ants were no big deal .... they are gone for now.

If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet location, this is it. Only a short distance from Greenwood and right on the lake. Beautiful sun and moon rises visible. 3 nice size bedrooms with very comfy beds ( slept as well as at home ). 2 nice recliners and a comfy sofa for relaxing. Kitchen is a bit small but we were able to make it work for 6 weeks.
We would certainly stay again if we are make in the area.

The photos don’t do this place justice. Extremely warm and cosy and felt instantly at home. The views of the lake are great and it is literally a stones throw away. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

First time visiting. The lake was gorgeous and the water was clear and warm. The townhouse was stunning, clean and modern. Just a few steps from the water and within walking distance of a restaurant. We had everything we needed and the host were quick to respond to anything we needed. Highly recommend this stay!
