My family and I had a great time. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The house is near the beach but also close to shopping and restaurants. We look forward to returning in the future and making even more awesome family memories.

My young adult children, their significant others, my sister, mom, nephew and dog enjoyed a wonderful extended family getaway. The house was comfortable and fantastically located between the beach and cute downtown Main Street. The house was well appointed and offered plenty of space to gather as a group, the young people especially enjoyed the game room. We would definitely recommend this property to others!

Perfect location to beach and town access. Only thing I might recommend deep cleaning of hardwood floors from time to time. They look very clean, but walking around in bare feet got pretty dirty quickly. (just where slippers or socks ;) But I would stay there again.

We stayed with a group including adults and kids, and this house was perfect for our needs. Close to the beach and town, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The process of check in and out is easy, and the host is very responsive to questions. We would stay here again.

Four generation family and dog Max enjoyed this spacious house which has absolutely everything needed for you to enjoy an extended get away in Long Beach. Our weather was perfect which allowed us to walk the trail to the beach and see the sites in town. Location is perfect. House fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Our family tradition is to share home cooked meals in the dining room. Cards and games are played throughout the day. The youngest in our group enjoyed the play room. Adults enjoyed the game room with foos ball, ping pong and darts.
Lots of towels and linens. We had a lovely time!

This home worked out great for our family as my husband and celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary! Everybody had room to spread out and enjoy privacy too. Close to the beach and downtown. Staff support with a couple issues was outstanding. As far as the home, it was a bit difficult for my husband, who is on a walker. There was no landing at the front door, just an awkward, narrow step. The main living room stepped down to the kitchen and dining area. It was all the same flooring, with no contrast, so not easy to see the steps, especially for seniors. Once we got used to that we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely home!
We had a great few days in this beautiful large home! We enjoyed all the space and played many ping pong and foosball games! The kitchen was well appointed for cooking in for the nights we wanted to do that. Very nice to be able to walk down the street and on to the beach! Beautiful! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful property!
There was plenty of space and sleeping areas for our group. Such a short walk to the beach, and some of us even watched fireworks from inside the house which was convenient. We will definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay! We had 7 people stay and the home was large enough that you didn't feel cramped. Our grandkids loved the great room and the bikes. Short walk to the beach, short bike ride to town. The home was fully stocked. The only negative was that there was no empty cupboards to store the food we brought. We definitely would love to stay here again. Next time we are staying longer, our time went to fast.

This rental provide the space and comfort for family reconnection after covid isolation. It was a family reunion haven. We had the space to be together and room for private areas for conversation. We had all ages and the location was perfect. We plan to make this our annual vacation spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at Seas the day home. Three private bedrooms add a fourth area with a queen bed and two Twin beds. Only downside is the room with a queen and two twins does not allow privacy if you have four adult couples because it is a loft. The home was newish, very well-maintained and cleaned, perfect location adjacent to the beach and the paved walking/bike riding path. Easy walk to downtown. House was very well stocked. A couple things that we needed were very quickly Brought to us. A major appliance failure was noted when we checked in, and that appliance was replaced with an hours. We were very impressed by this. We have already reserved the home for next fall because we liked it so much.

I was excited to visit this year, I have been renting from Bloomer estates for the annual rod run for nearly ten years and this is the first time I have been disappointed. The home was very expensive much more than others I have rented and it just did not stack up. It was very dated, had few amenities and was in generally unkept poorly maintained condition. I don’t mind paying top dollar but when I do I expect top condition and This home just does not do it. The landscaping is overgrown, it has a rusty heat pump and proven fountains out the beck window, the carpet is stained, the linens are very cheap, we had to clean the back patio and sweep up cigaret buts from the previous renters I guess. We removed our shouts as requested and found the floors so dirty out socks or bare feet became black from dirt. The refrigerator was leaking and required is to leave towels on the floor all week. I have never complained about a stay with you folks in nearly ten years but this was just a horrible and expensive disappointment.... I expect MUCH mor for $5,000 dollars. Some of my friend nick named your company Bummer Estates........The staff was very friendly as always and I do appreciate them.

Good location!
We had a lovely stay at Seas the Day. House is a short walk to both the ocean and Long Beach. Lots of bedrooms, and a nice loft for the kids to sleep in. We appreciated the outdoor patio area, where we hung out at night and roasted marshmallows and made s’mores. The garage has lots of beach accessories and bikes, if you need them.

Seas The Day is a great vacation rental for families. The house is very large with more than enough space for our large group. The game room was a hit with the kids and the location is absolutely ideal. Very close to the beach and to town. The only reason for not giving the property 5 stars for general condition was that the house was starting to show its age. Some appliances did not work (lower oven, ice maker, etc) which created some cooking challenges but we were able to compromise and made use of the very large grill. Some window screens were missing or badly torn and the sliding door handle was broken. All fairly minor issues but the house could use some general maintenance.

We only had one problem in one house with the kitchen sink, which we were able to get a solution for the next day. Unfortunately when I called the emergency after hours number about the leak nobody answered and no one called back that night.Overall it was a great stay! The only suggestion I would have would be to have another garbage can. One of the houses the garbage was mostly full when we arrived.
