It’s located just a short walk from the Oak Shores community club house, community swimming pool and, Oak Shores marina. As you walk the steps to the upper deck to the main living space there is plenty of room to enjoy the lake views and relax while BBQing on the propane BBQ. As you enter the front door, the open concept living and dining area greets you with it’s a true log cabin feel and beautiful laminate wood flooring. The kitchen has granite counters, a farmhouse kitchen sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven , microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher, utensils, glassware, and pots/pans for 12. This level also has a full bathroom with a shower. As you walk up the steps, there is a full bathroom directly at the top of the steps with a tub. There are two spacious bedrooms each with king beds and twin trundles. Heading back outside on the deck and down the stairs, there is a door that leads to the large grandmother quarters. There is an area with 2 twin beds and area with a queen bed. The kitchenette has a stove, sink, coffee maker, and microwave. There is also another refrigerator. There is a sitting area along with a dining table. The laundry area is also down here and another full bath with shower. This is the perfect lake experience with a rustic feel but all the upgrade amenities make it irresistible.
