About this house rental
Our home is spacious (largest unit), bright and clean and has quality furnishings throughout. It is an easy walk to the clubhouse and pool. You will enjoy the comfortable furniture, modern decor and fully equipped kitchen. Flat Screen TVs are in every room, DVD Player and Free High Speed Wireless Internet, Free long distance calling within the US and Canada. There are two master bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. Two twin bedrooms share the third bathroom. All the bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs, and Memory Foam Mattresses. You will love the resort, with its Two Acre Resort Pool complex, complete with Lazy River and Waterslide. There are two pools, a Beach Entry pool area for the little ones, Hot Tub, Playground, Beach Volleyball Court, Tiki Bar, Billiards, Club House and Poolside Dining, Bar, Health & Beauty Spa, Gym/Fitness Centre, Kids Makeovers and Hair Braiding, Banana Jack's Indoor Playground and Arcade and 24 hour Front Desk. The Exclusive Gated Resort boasts grounds that are lush and well manicured. The resort is well cared for and always in showcase condition. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Across the street from Regal Palms is Highlands Reserve Golf Course, and in the plaza out front there is a Publix Grocery and Drugstore, Applebee's Resturant, Pizza Parlour, British Pub, Bank, ATM, Medical Centre and more. Walmart Supercentre is 3 miles up the road. Our location is great. We are 8 miles from Disney and centrally located to all area attractions and shopping. Coastal Beaches on both sides are a short drive (1hr,15m). There is so much to do that you will have to come back year after year to experience it all! Please Note: $20 per night/house resort fee, payable at check-in.

We all had a great time. The house was clean and exactly as described. Beautiful home. Check-in and out were very fast. Resort is well maintained and pool area was amazing even though we didn't have enough time to enjoy it. Should definitively come back!

Clubhouse, pool and Arcade were amazing. Pool had a Lazy river and a water slide, Tiki bar and ice cream parlor. We visited for 6 days, hit Disney parks for 2 days, rested at the Pool for a day and then hit 2 more parks. I only wish we had another full day just to chill at the pool again, it was very relaxing.

Overall we had a very positive experience. The owner of this property is lovely and was very responsive. The only behest I’ve thing for our party was that there was very little left in the property for use. We were only given 2 washing sheets (one of which we were expected to use to start laundry before our departure). There was nothing in the way of oil/salt and pepper/spices/tinfoil/plastic wrap. This won’t matter to some, but for us it meant we couldn’t cook much without purchasing a lot of stuff that would ultimately be wasted after our week stay and we would have loved to cook more. Otherwise, great stay. Staff at check in and pool/restaurant were also lovely!

We've just left our 4-night, 5-day stay at Regal Palms, and it was fantastic!
The resort property is well-maintained, and check-in was simple and efficient.
There is an obvious pride of ownership in the house - attention to detail in the furnishings & decor were lovely.
The primary suite upstairs was very comfortable - the 2 twin beds in each of the shared rooms were okay, I wouldn't recommend them for taller guests, but my 6ft tall son managed.
The water pressure & faucets in each of the showers were old-builder grade, if you've got a full head of hair that requires lots of rinsing, be prepared for it to take a while (hubby & kids had no complaints).
We spent 2 days out at the parks - travel was convenient & easy - this location is amazing. The other 2 days we spent lounging at the resort - the pool, lazy river & restaurant were fantastic. Our best time spent was in the water on site.
We stopped at the Walmart close by prior to check-in - you really do need to supply EVERYTHING. There's a Dollar General just up the road that was convenient to stop and pick up some of the essentials we forgot (like salt & pepper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods...)
Communication throughout our stay was fantastic - the kids are already asking when we can book again.

Everyone warned us that traffic to
Disney would be a nightmare but the location of this home allowed us to take back roads and skip the highway for most of the drive. The pool area was nice. The adult beds were comfortable.

The entire process was easy. The owner was very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my conversation with her. The home was clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. The grounds are well kept. I walked around all hours of the day and night and felt totally safe. Very close to small attractions on 192 and an easy drive to Disney and back.

My family/friends and I made a trip to Hollywood Studios and this was the perfect location! It was only a 23 minute drive to the gate.

The home was exactly what we were looking for in a rental for our Disney vacation. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax after a long day at the parks, and the beds were very comfortable allowing us to get a good night's sleep before hitting the parks again the next day. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Disney!

A wonderful property to stay at for our visit to The Mouse!
The two main bedrooms are both bigger than nearly any room you'll get on-property. Multiple bathrooms is a wonderful thing when getting ready for your park day, if one or more of your family/group take their time getting ready. An in-unit washer & dryer is a benefit we didn't realize we wanted... until we had it to use. The property owner was very communicative, and very responsive and helpful when we had an access problem on check-in day (which turned out to be MY problem, not theirs).

property manager was great however property needs a major deep clean/throw away the disgusting plants above the stove. Needs a new queen bed downstairs as it is worse than sleeping in a hammock-just awful! Slept in car one night instead.. thats BS! Kitchen area was very dirty and the towels in the closet full of lipstick and other stains, twin sheets had old blood stains.. and its a cheap fix to buy. Overall the apartment layout was good it just needs SIMPLE CHEAP updates to make it a better experience. The tikki bar was closed under constructions -we didn't know. Also the restaurant didn't open till noon and you aren't allowed to bring in food or drinks -only bottles water. Also if you want to use the lazy river the day you check out you have to buy a tube for $15! The house had tubes in closet but check out was 10am. Also the day you check out your wrist band only works till noon so no access to showers if you want to chill at pool before flight. Overall it was nice setting just needs some attention. The drive to Disney was 30-40 mins depending on traffic and 55mins to airport. Not much for restaurants around but were grateful the Publix was at the corner, super convenient. to grab TOLIET PAPER as they leave you a half roll to start. It would be more desirable if they had better cleaning service and new downstairs bed. It was just ok.

This stay was very pleasant. The location was great just a short distance to parks and shopping! The pool area was great as well. I will say the only down side to this was the construction going on. We sat 30 minutes outside the front gate of the complex 4 times because of the construction. I think a little warning would have been appreciated but this in no way had to do with the owner. There was a whistling coming from the restroom upstairs that was strange but the toilet kept running I'm assuming from a small leak. We had a wonderful time overall!

The town home was ok and I would probably stay there again. Location was good and the pool area of the resort was very nice. The lazy river and slide are nice fearures.
Bring extra TP is planning a longer stay than two days.

Stay was nice. Management staff were notified of a few issues soon as we checked in which were not taken care of during our entire stay of 15 days. Lovely place and location. Owner good wirh information but check in VERY unfriendly.

Great Stay
Everything was organized from start to finish. Great communication with property owner. Rental was nice as well as all of its amenities.
Be sure to check out with front office and return wrist bands we left ours in property and was charged a 10.00 fee for each. However I do remember at check in the lady mentioning something pertaining to this so our bad. Great stay though!

Location was great. Central to beach, attractions, and close to grocery stores restaurants
Property was a nice property although the maid service is not good. Property was not cleaned properly. We arrived for early check in. Managers weren’t aware but they were very prompt about getting us in. There were only 2 towels and no bath clothes out but when I called property manager she said some should also be in closet. We had to wash comforter in one of the twin bed rooms because they had a strong odor of urine from bed wetting. Carpet was not vacuumed and cleaned properly. Even though we had these issues our vacation stay was great. We were close to everything and had a great time. I just really suggest they find a new maid service because this is a great property but when you are traveling in Covid season cleanliness is a must.

About thirty minutes from Disney parks area and 50 minutes to universal made this place perfect for us. Loved the pool and lazy river and of course the bar by the pool. Townhouse could use some minor repairs and general upkeep but had lots of extras like a stroller, pack and play and towels for the pool. The beds were comfortable in all the rooms and it was very quiet at night so we all slept great.

Granddaughter’s first time at Disney
Close to Animal Kingdom, which is where we were headed. Several nice pools and a lazy river, also a slide. You do have to buy your own rafts though (the house has one.). The condo had a pack n play and a booster seat which was helpful. A few of the beds are showing signs of age, but still comfortable enough. Great value!
