Situated in Middleton, this lovely house for $181 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Offering panoramic ocean views with Middleton Beach a 2 minute walk way, Boomers Shack is spacious, modern and comfortable. Sleeping six people across two bedrooms and with a full sized kitchen and six seater dining table, it is the perfect getaway for couples, or a small family. We understand that families like to holiday with their pets as well as their children, so Boomers welcomes your dogs inside and out (but not on beds.) The yard is big and FULLY FENCED to safeguard your two and four legged loved ones. When you are not inside or lounging under the huge covered verandah admiring sea views, it's your choice whether to walk, surf, fish, whale watch or cycle along the Fleurieu coastal bike path or just relax at home and take in the sea views from the lounge, kitchen or main bedroom. Boomers is 2 streets back from the beachfront at beautiful Surfers Beach, Middleton. The townships of Port Elliot, Victor Harbour and Goolwa are located 5kms to 7 kms away where there are golf courses, restaurants, wineries, cafes, bakeries, pubs and boutique shopping. There's a park and playground within walking distance. Boomers is the perfect home for a romantic getaway or holiday with one or two of the little ones and or fido/s. Like many others, you may find you never want to leave Boomers! FEATURES 2 Bedroom executive beach shack, with fully fenced large garden (Sleeps max 6) Open plan with floor to ceiling windows to capture the sea views Airconditioning is available with roller blinds on windows to cut heat. Pets are able to move inside/outside via a lockable dog door A QUEEN sized bed and ocean views, ceiling fan and built in robes An additional 2nd bedroom with DOUBLE bed bunk sleeps 4, two up and 2 down. This room includes a ceiling fan Indoor 6 seater dining setting and 2 seats at kitchen bench. Luxury designer linen and bath linen Large well-equipped self-catering kitchen with Bosch appliances Nespresso machine with coffee and tea provided Filtered tap water in the kitchen Free WIFI LED HD TVs in living area and main bedroom Sound system and DVD player R/C split system air conditioner Bathroom with toilet bath and shower Laundry with washer and condenser dryer OUTSIDE -There is plenty of parking. A large covered front deck allows undercover protection while admiring the breathtaking views. Outdoor settings are available both front and back with the ability to close off the back yard from the front. A BBQ is available, and an outdoor hot/cold shower for a refreshing rinse after the beach. A pooper scooper is there for you to clean the yard if you bring your dog/s. Please note: Boomers Shack is situated in a residential area and is NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES or private functions involving more than the maximum number of guests. Strictly No Smoking inside and no schoolies.

House is well appointed for a self catered stay, and yard was excellent for our dog. Kitchen, living and main bedroom take advantage of the excellent views, as well as the sheltered front deck. Yard is excellent for the dog - completely secure back yard, front yard good with a little supervision - lovely if you're enjoying a morning coffee on the deck. We enjoyed walks along the beach, cycling on the Encounter bikeway, lunch and a relaxing browse in the shops at Port Elliot. Evenings on the couch streaming a favourite series and mucking around with a jigsaw with a contented dog at my feet.

Boomers shack is very well appointed, in a great location with excellent views. The kitchen and bathroom are in excellent condition. Great little backyard for the dog and beach is close enough for walks. I'd definitely stay again.

My family really enjoyed staying at your accommodation with our 14yr old Spoodle Ted.
The accommodation was cosy yet offered space for us all to enjoy and relax. Great balcony to enjoy meals, drinks or coffee and books, whist our girls played on the grass area and trying to find the wild rabbit that must call the property home.
Will be booking again in the near future.

Lovely place for a short get away. Spectacular views , everything well appointed and clean . Nice stroll to the beach . Dog loved the yard and dog door. We were blessed with perfect weather, would stay again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Boomers Shack and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the newly refurbished deck looking and hearing the waves roll in from the beach. It’s the perfect relaxing getaway for me and my two cocker spaniels. Thank you again Kay and Mak. It was lovely!

It's a great place with beautiful views and a perfect location. To be honest, the place needs a good clean inside, I had to clean the barbecue and sweep the back area before being able to use it. Washing line needs attention, broken pegs lying around. Just felt a little average, floors weren't properly cleaned, counters
hadn't been wiped properly, lacked that extra touch that made it feel like good value for the price.

The holiday house is very well presented as dog friendly accommodation. The house was very clean on arrival and although we had a slight glitch in the check-in process Michael was readily available by phone to help us out.
The sea views from the open plan living area are great and made for a very enjoyable beach holiday with our furry friends. 🙏🐾

A very comfortable house so close to the beach the sound of the ocean is music to tired minds. Wonderful to wake and see the waves from your room, and only a short walk away. House caters for adults very well, indoor living area is a little small. Most essentials supplied.

A very clean, well looked after property. We enjoyed our stay and the dogs loved it! Never seen them so relaxed!
It was awesome being walking distance to the surf and I loved the outside hot shower!
We were just short a couple of basic kitchen supplies but the owner was very easy to communicate with and it wasn’t anything major.
