Nestled in Bay Of Plenty, this attractive house for $155 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Absolute Beachfront Typical Kiwi Bach - Panoramic views of Motiti and Mayor Islands and Town Point (Maketu).Right at the far end of Papamoa Beach. Sit on the deck and watch everything happening on the beach.Walk out the gate straight onto the beach - You can walk along the beach to the Mount or the Kaituna Cut. Big fully fenced front section with lots of space for parking out back. Fridge/Freezer. BBQ, Kayaks, Board games available You can swim,fish and kayak at your beach. Only 1.3 kms to the 4 Square, 2.5kms to the local shops, bar and restaurant, a 10 minute drive to Fashion Island with shops, supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants or 20 minutes to Mount Maunganui or Te Puke. A great place for a relaxing holiday with very little housework. New kitchen to enjoy Special conditions: Prices are for 4 Adults. . Dependent children with adults are free (Up to a maximum of 3). Extra people $20 each per night Duvets blankets and pillows provided. Linen and towels available if required at $10 per person per stay. Kayaks and life jackets available. Shorter stays may be available during Xmas period - preference given to 7 day minimum. Pets are welcome - we have had some trouble lately with dogs digging. If your dog digs PLEASE be sure to replace the dirt/sand. NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

A great little bach in an amazing setting on the beach front. Basic overall but with a superb kitchen .We loved listening to the sea at night and can thoroughly recommend this homely little bach .

Awesome waking from comfy bed in morning and sitting outside on deck for coffee. Can just chill and watch life in motion. Walk our Pomeranian along beach and great interactions with other dogs and owners. Mrs chatting to folks fishing. Struck sunny weather so made break away even better. Feels safe and is supreme spot at end of Papamoa.

Property was good. Fire alarm woke me early hours of night, removed battery and left on kitchen counter. Bbq is covered but needs drying out after cyclone. Will definitely book again. All cleaned before leaving. Thanks

Had a great relaxing time, access to the beach was just out the back door which is great for my dog and being fully fenced is a plus!. House was nice cosy, reminded me of a good old kiwi bach. Will definitely be back!.

The location of this property is fantastic, right on the beach with a lovely big deck to sit and admire the beautiful view. Securely fenced with a terrific lawn area for children and pets we loved our stay here and were so happy to be able to bring our dogs as well. The property was extremely clean, lovely modern kitchen as promised and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Communication with the owner was prompt and check in was simple. We would definitely book again!

We had a great time with our doggies in a safe fenced setting. The location is superb with direct beach access and spectacular views. The house is clean and tidy and perfect as a kiwi bach - comfortable and warm and all necessary amenities provided. Highly recommended.

For the four days we were there the weather was perfect. No clouds and beautiful sunsets. Location amazing. A very tidy property with all the necessities in the house. Thank you. Television reception was not good. Used laptop to watch evening television.

Nice, warm, clean bach situated at the best spot on the beach! Lovely outlook and the dogs enjoyed the beach as much as we did. Would like to return in summer next time to make the most of the longer days.

Perfect kiwi style bach in the most perfect location in Papamoa. Place was tidy and clean, had everything we needed. Right on the beach front with the most amazing views. Kids and family loved it. Hope to stay again :)
