Location and good breakfast

Very drab and needs renovation. I wouldn't chose to stay here when you can get a better quality hotel for a similar price.

toplocatie, in het centrum, vlakbij twee grote ondergrondse parkings. De badkamer was ok, douche en water direct warm, geen ontbijt genomen. Prijs is goed voor mensen die vooral in de dag op verkenning of uitstap gaan, en voldoet aan de basisvereisten van een goede kamer.

wc stond iets te dicht bij de wand en was maar eng geplaatst.

Nah am Bahnhof, weiter geht's direkt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Frühstück für französische Verhältnisse gut, besonders hinsichtlich des Preisleistungsverhältnisses.

Goed gelegen, in het centrum. Badkamer in orde. Dichtbij parkings. Prijs kwaliteit goed ontbijt. Behulpzaam personeel.

Kleine kamer. Hotel inkom was niet echt uitnodigend.

Sehr zentrale Lage mitten in der Stadt und Parkplatz in kurzer Entfernung.

Das Zimmer hatte 4 Betten, obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren. Man hatte kaum Platz.

La salle de bain contient tout ce qu'il faut mais elle est mal conçue.

Well situated hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The hotel is in a central area but the bedroom was quiet. There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes' walk of the hotel.

There is no parking at the hotel due to its' location but the staff were very helpful and showed us the location of 3 or 4 secure car parks.

Top locatie , goede bedden, schoon en erg goede prijs / kwaliteit. We gaan elk jaar naar de champagne streek en de laatste jaren boeken we steeds hier

Convenient location and nice breakfast

Staircase, we travelled with my 81 year old mother who doesn’t like lifts but had to use as the staircase is spiral and only has balustrade but no handrail where the widest step is. This needs to be on your website as it is dangerous

Size of the room

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. The bathroom was also very beautiful and guests shower was excellent.

The blind was broken and there was lots of light in the morning.

situated in the very center of Reims in sort of a pedestrian area. I arrived by bike with a lot of luggage. Very friendly, committed and helpful hotel owner. Reasonable pricing, good breakfast. I felt very well in the hotel.

To pay the parking. Booking didn’t say nothing that I had to pay for. For the price paid for the room they didn’t suppose to charge parking

We were unable to stay here as we couldn't park our car close to the hotel. We selected this hotel as it said it had car parking and airco. We travelled by car with 2 dogs. We had to find alternative accommodation because we couldn't park the car. It was not made clear there was no car parking on site.
