Nestled in Martinborough, this attractive house for $449 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Tucked away down a drive and set amongst a hectare of park-like grounds is Everland Retreat... the perfect place to share with family and friends for a relaxing break away, long overdue catch-up or even an informal work gathering in the country. This spacious house can accommodate up to 12 people with its 4 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, a TV lounge that doubles as another sleeping area downstairs with adjacent bathroom suitable for wheelchair access. The large kitchen with ample bench space, large oven and 6 burner gas cook-top means family and friends can cook together and the stunning dining room comfortably seats 16 people so perfect for a celebratory meal, or space to hold a small conference or team meeting. The TV lounge and sitting room off the kitchen gives everyone room to spread out and relax. Off the kitchen is an expansive private deck offering plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors…a casual undercover seating area, tables and chairs for alfresco dining, a spa to relax and unwind, and beautiful grounds to wander and explore. Just perfect for outdoor summer living. In winter months the house is toasty warm with radiators throughout the house powered by the old Stanley cooker/log burner and gas fire in the dining room. Just a short stroll to Martinborough Village you are spoilt for choice with the amazing cafes, restaurants, bars, boutique shops, movie theatre and local brewery. Just a little further from the village, you are surrounded by incredible vineyards with tastings or platters or lunch menus available. Drop offs and pick ups available by arrangement. Special conditions: - There is a 2 night minimum stay except for Public Holidays or event weekends where a 3 night minimum applies. - minimum number of guests is 6 adults - The house sleeps a maximum of 12 and is limited to use by those guests. Excludes use of the garage. - Base rate with additional fees based on the number of guests using the house. - Functions with outside guests are negotiable and by prior arrangement only. Additional rates will apply. Please let us know if you are planning to entertain others before you invite them. - No guests above those booked. No late loud parties. We live on site and will ask you and your guests to leave if this rule is abused. No Smoking Inside. - No glass in the spa pool area. - Noise must cease by 10pm and no fire works. - One dog welcome by prior arrangement only. Please talk to us about the rules regarding having your fur baby stay. - In the unlikely event that you or your guests cause damage to the property, restoration costs will be passed on to you. - Our full Terms and Conditions will be provided upon acceptance of your booking. This home was great for a family or group of friends with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and shared spaces. Quality linen and everything you could need in the kitchen and dinning areas. Gorgeous grounds and peaceful surroundings. Hosts were so welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks.

We booked for a family of adults, older kids and younger kids for a family celebration. The house is outstanding, it had everything we needed and more. The spa was an absolute hit and the outdoor area was brilliant for relaxing and playing. The house was comfortable and immaculately clean and close to the village. I highly recommend this property, ideal for a large group and just fantastic!

Everland Retreat was a lovely place for our family to get together for a couple of days. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and plentiful, the kitchen and dining areas superbly appointed, and the spa pool was a treat. Robyn and Peter are excellent hosts.

Everland is a large, beautiful property. We loved the big communal spaces for our large family to gather, talk, eat, play, relax (with spaces to hide away for a break too). Fabulous deck and outdoor seating. It was the perfect place for us to reconnect with family and friends over a few days. We’ll definitely be back. This is the perfect house for family/friends to gather!! House is perfectly set up with 5 full bathrooms, plenty of space to relax, fantastic huge dining table inside to enjoy meals or games all together, & really well appointed with all the kitchenware etc a group could need. The grounds are beautiful, plenty of space, & the spa to top it off. Host Robyn was very helpful & friendly & made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent communication. Clean. Fully equipped house with excellent kitchen facilities. Lovely crockery. All the necessities including tea and coffee pods. Toasty warm. Quiet. Multiple separate bedrooms and bathroom areas. Large dining area. Huge outdoor spaces. Spa much appreciated Walking distance to center of town. A home away from home.

We were all impressed with this lovely country home. It was able to accommodate all 5 single women and we all had our own bathrooms making it very user friendly! A lovely spacious home close to the township but with a rural setting. Robyn and Peter made us most welcome, making sure the heating was on for the cold night ahead and supplying us with chocolate and fresh feijoa"s

Lovely large property. Plenty of room inside and outside. Love the spa pool and deck. Perfect place for a getaway with 2 families. There were 8 of us which was perfect. Can sleep up to 12 which I imagine would also be fine. Lots of indoor space to not feel overcrowded even if the weather doesn’t play ball.

We had a group staying for a wedding and it was a perfect place for it. Great outside seating options with several sun umbrella’s. Amazing large, long dining table seating 16 I think, we didn’t use but it was fabulous. All host interactions easy, timely and helpful

Such a beautiful property to be sharing with friends and our children. Lots of space so you didn't feel like you were walking over each other. Not far from the square. Great communication with the property manager and her friend. Would recommend this place to those staying in Martinborough. We would definitely stay here again.
