Property was well maintained and the accommodations were very comfortable and spacious. Nice pool area. All good things, but the best was location for what we needed. Close to parks and the OCCC. I will stay here again.

Very Nice Great location
It was so nice to have the comforts of home. Perfect after a long day working a tradeshow. I will definitely be booking this Condo for the next Orlando tradeshow and business meetings

Needs updated and work. I'm sure at some point in the past this property was clean and in their words "Luxury" but not anymore. The carpets upon arrival seemed to have 10 years worth of stains on them. Missing parts to the remote controls, dishwasher was falling out of the cabinet. The description of the property was far from accurate. We stayed for five days and there was not even one extra roll of toilet paper for the six of us.
We are avid travelers and book through all of the major companies 3 to 4 times per year. When communication was made with the owner it was as if they were doing a a huge favor by allowing us to stay in their condo. Past problems were past on to us by a separate deposit to repair any damage. We felt this was odd when we arrived and took inventory of the missing key card, broken lights, broken chairs, dirty carpets, missing towels, no toilet paper or soap, etc... So if the deposit was taken from others it sure was not used to fix, replace or repair any of the obvious damage.
In contrast we are now in Cocoa Beach in another VRBO that is fantastic! Clean, inviting and a gift basket upon arrival with a hand written note to our family. 'Fully Stocked' would mean at least toilet paper and hand soap? The new location hand personal sizes of soap, shampoo, mouth wash, shaving cream, etc just in case. This is what you are up against in this time of Covid 19 when we can have our pick of anywhere to stay.
Overall I give the living area a 2 out of 5. It was very spacious but other than that nothing on the description was accurate. "A lot" of towels does not equal 5 when there are six of us staying there. Really? Come on? Replacing the towels once in a while would cost less the $100.00. The pool and common areas: gym, walking path were a 4 out of 5 probably do to Covid-19 restriction and the time of year.
The owner needs to put time love back into this place or sell it. Stop passing on past problems to new guess. Fix and replace with something other than caulk and expandable foam when parts of your condo get broken.
Suggestions:
Take of shipping plastic to the box springs on the beds- Very load,
Pay a carpenter to fix this the right way.
Replace dirty carpet with laminate flooring
If you are going to take a deposit from future guess then make sure your list of items broke, damage or lost by past guess's are fix, repaired, replaced.
Update your pictures to reflect the current condition of the unit.

Awesome Location & On Site Facilitates
The owner/manager was great to work with. If there was anything that could be better it would be the cleaning service could do a better job. I feel they didn’t do anywhere near what needed to be done when it came to sweeping and mopping up the floors. Other than that, this place was awesome.

This is a really nice condo with everything you need. Close to the clubhouse and easy to get everywhere, very centrally located. We had no issues at all, the beds were all comfortable and we had a great time!

Great Condo close to Convention Center
This condo was in the perfect location for us as we were attending a conference at the Orlando Convention Center. The condo was clean and modern and very cozy. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was nice. We had an issue with the air that was frustrating. We had to sleep two nights without air-conditioning. We were told it would be fixed on the second day, but when we returned later in the evening, it was still 79 in the condo. When I reached out to the property manager, she said the guy had just left and to give it time to cool down. I didn't understand why he was just leaving at 9 or so in the evening and her response was it's Sunday and it's mother's day. I get it, but I would think when you are renting property and you have people staying with it being so hot out, that it would be a priority to fix it as soon as possible. That was half our trip spent in uncomfortable conditions in the condo. I feel like it would have been nice if we were offered a small refund for our inconvenience, but we weren't offered anything. We had a couple other issues, but she was helpful fixing those.
Also, we feel we were charged way more for an extra one night then we should have been. We asked a week or so before our stay if we could stay an extra night. There was no one else booked after us. We had to pay part of the owner's fee again. That fee is for cleaning and what not, I don't feel like we should have had to pay that again. The owner's fee is one charge per stay. (Due to a family emergency, we weren't even able to stay the extra night. 🤦). But like I said, the condo was nice. I loved that it had two King beds.

A word of caution: Do not attempt to cheat the checkout time like you might at a hotel. If it’s 11:00 check out, the cleaning person will be at your door at 11:01 to get the condo ready for the next guests. It’s not a complaint, and the woman who cleaned ours was very polite, just a heads up.
The pool was nice and very close. Drinks there are rather pricey, and outside adult beverages are prohibited, so plan accordingly.
My only criticism is the unit needs some updating/TLC. New carpet, a new desk chair and removal of a few damaged decorative items, and the place is a palace.
I would recommend this place if you are looking for a good place to stay in Orlando.

Large and comfortable felt like home away from home
Condo was large, located close to the pool, lake and main building amenities. Could have been cleaned a lot better could tell the cleaning crew did the bare minimum but I always come prepared to clean again being as though I travel with small children. The mattresses definitely need to be upgraded but overall it was nice and I would stay again and definitely recommend

Great location, everything was great
We really liked that spacious unit. Irina was great in communicating, when we had questions. The place was equipped with everything we needed. We cooked meals too. More value for your money than cramped small hotel rooms. Like the beds and had TV in each room. Really nice place to stay. Thank you.

It was our first time staying in this property. We were so impressed with this place. The spacious 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our party of 4. The place is very clean and equipped with everything that we needed. We will definitely come back for the longer stay

The owner was very personable, accommodating, and actually reachable. The property was extremely clean. We were very happy. Definitely restored our faith in staying at Vista Cay when we need to be at the convention center. Keeping Irina's number for future stays.

We found the property average. For the price we paid, the condo was not clean, sheets on the beds were very wrinkled like they sat in a dryer for days. There were old wash cloths (thin like rags) and towels, no beach towels, and dirty drawers. The outlets in the kitchen were not working and even though I reported this to the owner on our first or second day, she made no attempt to have them fixed. The kitchen was not stocked very well. There were limited silverware and many of the items were either broken or dirty. The coffee pot was very dirty. The sofa in the living room was so old, we sank when we sat on it to watch TV. The carpets were not clean and the bedding was old and very dated. I would not recommend this to my friends or family. Oh another surprise, there was an envelope asking for a tip for the cleaning person. That was insulting. Now we know why this was available during spring break in Florida when everything else was booked. The owner was very nice but I don't think she knows the condition of this unit.

Great vacation home
We stayed in Vista Cay with a friend's family. The condo is very clean and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. There is a nice small lake and jogging path behind the property, and a pool plus hot tub. The kids had great fun in this quite and friendly location. Irena was very helpful and prompt about any questions related tho the trip.
This condo is close to universal studios.

Impressive on arrival.....but
The rental was impressive on arrival. Very spacious. Upon further inspection it was a filthy? Unwashed dishes, glasses and pots in yhe cupboard. Towels stank. Bathrooms dirty. Spent a whole day cleaning. Was told it was professionally cleaned. What a joke.
