The Edward Townhouses offer two, tasteful, newly renovated, fully equipped, self-contained properties, within easy walking distance of the heart of Orange. The Space: Each townhouse is impeccably presented with timber floors, high ceilings, stylish furnishings, open plan living area with 'warehouse style' polished concrete floors and dining area flowing onto a sunny outdoor courtyard with BBQ area which can be communal or separate. Each townhouse features: - Three comfortable bedrooms and sun room - Linen and towels supplied - Reverse cycle heating and cooling - Wi-Fi - Open plan living and dining area and outdoor BBQ area - Fully equipped kitchen, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave - Secure, level, landscaped courtyard and garden - A light filled bathroom featuring large bath with rain shower - Flat screen TV, DVD / blue ray player, surround sound stereo system - Separate laundry area with washing machine and dryer with second toilet - Ironing facilities - Ample parking Guest Access: The properties are self check in with a key safe located at the property. All check in and house details will be sent out one day before your arrival. The Neighborhood: East Orange Village is a trendy area full of history. The area is quiet, safe and super friendly. Supplying a plethora of heritage cottages, it is a sort after area to live and stay thanks to its closeness to the CDB of Orange, schools, cafes, post office, Art galleries and parks. Feel free to look up the East Orange heritage Trail or pick up a map from our Visitor Information Centre to discover step by step the history of the area. The Edward Townhouses are a 6 minute walk to Bills Beans Coffee and East Orange post office. A 9 minute walk to The Corner Store Gallery, 4 minute walk to the fabulous Charred Restaurant and 12 minute walk to the Ophir Tavern (amazing food and amazing play area, perfect for the family with kids). Short walk to the Parrot Gin Distillery in Endsleigh Avenue. Kinross School is only 1km away. For fast food convenience, you will find all the major outlets within a 1 km radius including 7-Eleven and BP Service station. The properties sit on Edward Street which is very central to the many surrounding vineyards. For shopping, The Edward Townhouses are just a 13 minute walk to the centre of the shopping district (CBD). Getting Around: The Edward Townhouses are a short drive to anywhere and you can walk to most places in the CBD depending on your activity level. Orange Taxi Service and Uber are also available to use. Book a Wine Tour - Winery Experiences Orange, Orange Wine Tours, Vine Venture Tours, Simmo's Off Road Tours & James Vineyard Tours. Fabulous property for 6 couples, but for 8 single women each needing their own bed, 2 of us were very uncomfortable on the single roll away bed provided to compensate. Apart from lack of sleep for those 2 everyone else enjoyed it immensely

The two townhouses are perfect for a bugger group like ours. We were extremely comfortable and Kristy and Stuart were so accommodating when we needed anything else. Brilliant location too!

Group booking.
We were a group of 8 ladies in the 60/70 age bracket. I booked 155 and 157 so we would all have our own beds.....and was aware that 2 of the beds were in a sunroom annex off one of the bedrooms. The reality was that the beds were fold up singles, and the sunrooms were cold, small and uninviting. Consequently 2 of us had to find alternate accommodation at very short notice for our 3 night stay.
The apartments were perfect for 6 though.....and 155 was roomier for a large group to sit around than 157.
We would all stay here again.....but the sunroom accommodation would be ok for some - just not us!
Thanks Stuart....you were very helpful I believe, but sadly I never got to stay at the townhouses...but the others all enjoyed their stay.

Renovated Townhouse In Orange Centre
2 x adjoining, renovated 3 br townhouses in quiet street but 1 block from main street of Orange. Comfortable beds & lounge, good kitchens, wifi, backyard area with BBQ. Really enjoyable & comfortable place to stay in Orange.

Lovely and a great location
We were a group of 6 and rented two townhouses from Stuart. It was great to all have our own room, at a reasonable price, right nextdoor to eachother. The kitchen was set up really well with all the extras supplied like glad wrap, paper towel etc which you usually have to do yourself. It was winter when we stayed and the place was lovely and warm. Stuart and Bec even had the heater on when we arrived. The beds were comfy, the shower was great, the kitchen was perfect for hanging out with friends cooking and snacking (and of course a few glasses of wine), the place was clean and just well set out. Staurt and Bec were really responsive to our needs and also provided some great local tips which we made sure we explored. We'll be back for sure and hope this place will be available when we want to book.

Everything about this property from the booking process through communication with Stuart to the accommodation, appointments & location was perfect. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, our only quibble, it was too short. Highly recommended.

Beautiful!
My family stayed in both houses recently. They are beautifully furnished & have comfortable beds.
We had three families stay in both cottages at the same time. They simply rolled back the fence & we shuffled between the two cottages. It worked a treat.
We loved that the character of the cottages had been maintained & wondered at their history. A suggestion might be to do a bit of research into the houses & provide it for your visitors to read.
We would totally recommend these cottages.

Stylish and Comfortable
We were a group of 9 couples and booked out 3 of the townhouses. We all were impressed and enjoyed the walking distance into the heart of town, the beds were all comfortable and the styling was beautiful!! would recommend group stays her as the back alfresco area was great to all gather and cook breakfast on the BBQ's before we headed out on our winery bus tour. definitely the place to stay in orange.

Charming and comfortable
We had a very comfortable stay in the cottages. As I had two families staying, we rented both cottages. They were very well appointed and well heated for a winter’s holiday. They were reasonably close to the city centre - about 5 minutes by car. I would happily return to the Edward Street cottage/s and will recommend them to friends.

Completely loved our townhouses, perfect for our girls weekend away. Great kitchen, beds were comfy and in winter we were not cold at all. Good location, deffs be going back!

Amazing property
This place was amazing. Such a homely feel. The place was clean and well laid out. The rooms were cosy and warm. We had a 13month old with us and felt safe with him. The place was in a great location with a short walk to the main part of town.

Excellent accommodation and great social area
The townhouse was beautifully appointed, clean and a great choice for accommodation in Orange. My only complaint is I like to have windows in the bedrooms that open and most of the windows either didn't open or had to be held up and held against blinds. A minor complaint in the total picture.
