Everything we hoped for

Beautiful view from the balcony of both the ocean and the town and mountains. Nice room with a comfortable bed. Location was perfect for escaping the throngs of fellow tourists in town.

Just don't trust Google maps to get you there the best way. Follow the main road of the town up the hill and around from the back. Google maps took us through a maze of steep stairs that just about killed us with all our luggage.

Die Lage und der Blick sind außergewöhnlich. Wir hatten uns sehr auf die Terrasse gefreut, die war leider ungepflegt und die Stühle und Liegen teils defekt und zerbrochen

Cinque Terra was great!

The accomodation is only a short distance from the train station and center of the town. This was ideal as we were able to rest during the hottest part of the day when all the day tourists were there. We utilised the early morning hours as well as the late afternoon/evening. This made the trip very enjoyable.

Î tried to contact the host on a number of occassions in advance but did not receive a response. This only came 1 day prior to arrival. As this was our first stop after flying in, this created a bit of uncertainty. In the end everything worked out fine though. It was rather unusual not to have personal interaction with a single person at the residence. The accomodation is within easy walking distance from the train station however the hill to get there is rather steep. Stairs must also be managed. We knew this in advance hence we travelled light but it was still strenuous during the middle of day in September with luggage.

- Wirklich toller Ausblick - Zimmer urig mit der eingebauten Mauer im Hintergrund. Man fühlt sich wie in einer Höhle - Gastgeberin Elena hat diverse Mängel, die wir leider gleich bei Anreise anzeigen mussten, schnellstmöglich behoben - Trattoria dal Billy ist gleich nebenan (unbedingt zu empfehlen, aber ohne Tischreservierung kaum eine Chance)

- der Tag der Ankunft war mit Ärger verbunden (diverse Sachen wie zB Clopapier und Gläser fehlten, Clobrille war locker, Stühle auf der Terrasse instabil, Müll stand noch auf der Terrasse). Das braucht man nicht am ersten Urlaubstag. - Matratzenschoner aus seltsamen, unangenehmen Kunststoff/Plastik (Krankenhaus!?), deswegen ist das Laken nachts ständig verrutscht - der Raum ist stark parfümiert und nachts durch diverse Geräte ziemlich hell - kein Wäscheständer, keine Haken für Handtücher - keine Ablagefläche in der Dusche - nur über extrem steile Treppe zu erreichen

I was happy that we didn’t have to climb many steps to get to the door after the big climb from the train! Loved the patio area and watched the sunset from there!

比米兰花4000多住的希尔顿感觉都还好。

非常的好，老板娘态度非常好，她儿子还送我一大瓶可乐，晒的衣服还帮你夹子夹好晾干。哈哈哈，感觉像去亲戚家住一样，旁边是个很不错的半山餐厅。最重要，她家酒店看出去的风景我认为是马纳罗拉数一数二的，我一个人静静坐了三个小时。下次还继续住这，价格还很便宜。

Overall it was good, but travelers should be aware that these towns are not meant for travels with big luggage’s because

The room with the balcony was very nice, and well kept. It was easy to find it with the videos sent by the person in charge.

The price is high for what you get because no breakfast in included and you checkin late and have to checkout early so just for one day it is not worth the money

Disappointed

View from the terrace was very good.

There was only one coffee cup in the room for two people. There was no tea or coffee but only sugar. No bottled water either. So we could not drink anything at the terrace. We informed the owner but there was no action taken.

Enjoyed the Stay and View.

Location was great with good views , Elena was friendly and kind to help us out with the directions and easily available during all the time over phone or WhatsApp. She allowed us to keep our luggage's after checkout for couple of hours. highly recommend this stay for couples. Near by to train station, easily accessible to eateries.

Wonderful location by sunny weather

Very nice apart, rather for 2-3 nights, (then it might be tight). Stunning view from balcony in the room and from terrace, which is accessible for all guests. For this you come to Manarola. The location of the apart is the biggest adventage - you have totally beautiful view on the sea and the houses in the village, on the other hand it is not so far away from the place you leave the car. Another priceless adventage is possibility to park the car in the garage, without that there is No way to leave the car close to apartment. However if you are with the big van or car like Mercedes Vito - forget it. It will not fit into the garage. The host, Elena, provides all necessary information ahead of stay and guides you how to get to the apartment plus all other advices.

The apart is small so has No place for big luggage or for clothes for longer stay. Still there is ca 400 meters from garage to the house with ups and downs, many stairs. If you have bad luck and it is raining, old paths and stairs become very slippy…

Great view, close to the tunnel to the train station, but at the top of a steep hill

Highly recommended beautiful, romantic stay!

WOW - incredible location, very comfortable. We loved the exposed brick/stone inside the apartment. The balcony area offered a nicely shaded and beautiful view. The host was very helpful and texted us all the information we needed to check in.

Some areas of the bathroom walls need to be cleaned a bit more - dark spots on the tiling unsure what it was. It was a small thing. Just flagging here for the host. The apartment had been freshly mopped when we got in so everything else felt extremely clean and nice!

- The view is amazing - The place is new and well equipped - The bed is very comfortable

- A bit hard to find - Humidity - We had a small issue with plumbing, the sink was clogged when we arrived. This was not a big issue at all, just a heads-up and a small apology would be nice. Also, we only knew that the handyman is coming to fix it after we had complained. - WiFi password is not written anywhere

Property is well equipped in a great location.

Doesn't seem to be well looked after. Terrace was had a lot of trash, overflowing from the trash cans. Also view was blocked by branches that haven't been well maintained. Also no coffee, water or basic amenities.

Great location, great accommodation!

Great location, clean room, updated bathroom and helpful staff. Nice sitting area outside to enjoy the amazing view.

Beds and pillows could have been more comfortable and at some point there seemed to be a smell in the bathroom that resembled some back up sewer gas.

Not really a room with a view

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. The rock formation and the brick are lovely. We are next door to Trattoria da Billy’s and it just might be the best food in all of Italy. Get the signed mussels, you’re welcome.

We purchased a room with a view but there is an enormous tree right in front so we couldn’t actually see the view we paid for. Don’t spend the extra money on the view for this room. There is no soap to wash your hands. Also, we read previous reviews and knew there was only a water kettle so we grabbed instant coffee and milk before making it up the hill. Our navigation took us up about 500 stairs with our luggage and we later discovered a ramp.

comfortable place to stay with great views!

Olimpo Affittacamere was located high up with a great view! Everything was clean (floor was slippery in a few places). I would recommend staying here. had a great time

our mini bar consisted of 3 wine glasses, 4 tea bags and I kettle. Me being a coffee drinker in need of caffeine to start my day showered, packed and headed to the car to place everything in before heading back to get coffee and breakfast.
