Nestled in Vincentia, this attractive house for $550 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The total sleeping capacity is of this property is 10 guests when travelling with children, however, if travelling without children then no more than 8 adults are permitted to stay. Aqua Vista is a great house for a summer or winter holiday with family and friends. Overlooking the crystal clear waters of Jervis Bay, you have the perfect view across to Point Perpendicular and beyond. From the back gate of the house, your feet will be touching the sand in literally a few short steps. Location - On your doorstep: Collingwood Beach (access directly in front of house), Husky to Vincentia bike path - A short walk: Moona Moona Creek in one direction, and Vincentia Shopping Village in the other - Views: Stunning water views of Jervis Bay Property - Layout: Two levels, Spacious with a large deck upstairs and patio with lawn downstairs - Guests: The house sleeps 10 (with a maximum of 8 adults only), plus infants in cots - Kitchen: Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave and Fridge (there is a second fridge in the garage) - Bathrooms: Main bathroom downstairs, Ensuite off main bedroom upstairs (no bath in either bathroom) - Heating/cooling: Slow combustion fireplace upstairs, as well as a reverse cycle AirCon; additional heaters and pedestal fans in downstairs bedrooms - Access/dangers: Guests are required to climb stairs - Parking: Lock up garage, single carport and off street parking for up to two cars - Outdoor Space: Fully fenced backyard, Large deck upstairs with dining table, BBQ and sun-lounge chairs; Hot/cold outdoor shower - Pets: On request - to be approved by owner Bedrooms - Linen: Beds will be made; Beach towels, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and washers are supplied - Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): Master with Queen bed, Ensuite & robes, TV - Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Queen bed - Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Single bunk plus 2 x single beds (one with trundle on request), TV, Backyard access - Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Queen bed, Backyard access Floor plan does not depict accurate bedding configuration, it is to depict the layout of the home only.

We had a great stay at this place. They were really accomodating and the pantry/kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked with essentials. The water views were amazing and sleeping to the sound of crashing waves was super relaxing. I had been nervous with little ones and having such easy access to the beach but we were able to lock their bedroom sliding door and hide the key. The property is simple but has all the essentials for a laid back beach holiday.

We booked this place because we were 7 men on a golfing weekend and the online bed layout had 7 separate beds. Turns out there were only 6 beds. 4 non matching wine glasses is all that was supplied. 6 only very cheap and uncomfortable dining chairs. Crappy ancient TV. Generally a very tired house that could do with some upgrades for the rental cost. What you can’t beat though is the brilliant location. Right on the beach

Aqua Vista was the perfect home for our family getaway. The view is just amazing and we spent lots of time on the covered deck soaking up the view and the sound of the waves. The beach is so close with the access directly opposite the house which is in a great location and easy walking distance to Vincentia shops. The house is spacious and maximises the view, the furniture and beds are very comfortable, the linen high quality and the kitchen and house very well equipped and perfect for a family with young family. We loved the fire, were very cosy and would love to return.

We had a fabulous stay here despite some average weather. The house is clean and functional. The footpath directly in front of the house made for easy visits to the beach- and meant you could even see the action from the balcony (would be ideal for less mobile grandparents etc). Don’t forget your bikes/scooters- the path running in front of the house is a brilliant smooth path. Would definitely recommend.

We love this house and all it has to offer. Great location and accessibility to the beach provide it to be the perfect place. We enjoy hanging out on the balcony, cooking on the BBQ and watching the world run, skate ,cycle and walk past the front door. We will be back

It’s all about location, location, location! The house is directly on the beach. Out the back door and the beach is right there! Perfect for paddle boarding, watching the sunrise and having a wine with friends. We LOVED it and will be back.
