Die vreselijke vetlucht van de kebab zaak op de begane grond. De lucht hong in trappenhus, lift en appartement. Na 1 dag zijn we vertrokken. Het zou de eigenaar sieren als hij die terugstort.

The penthouse deck was amazing, and the view over the port as well.

Not enough toilet paper, no bin bags. The internet was okay but not enough bandwidth for 2 or more people to work at the same time.

Excellent location with fabulous view. I didn't have to use the air conditioning at all because there were multiple glass doors that I could open to let in the lovely sea breeze. Very modern apartment with all facilities laid on and a beautiful rooftop terrace with plenty of furniture. Electric blinds for the huge balcony were a great job also when the sun swung around in the afternoons. The apartment was spotless clean and all the beds were very comfortable. Carlos the host deserves special mention as he is top notch.

This apartment is so good that I don't want to fault it but there is a man hole cover on the road outside and every time a car drives over it makes noise but this is not the apartments fault and it didn't bother me too much. No place is perfect but this apartment is as close as you will get. The only real trouble with this place is that you will never want to leave it.

Very clean accommodation. View from the property was amazing. Fantastic balcony- semi covered. Quiet area. Easy collection of keys on arrival. Host was extremely accommodating with check out.

The view was constantly enthralling - always something of interest. Sitting on the balcony in the evening was the best place to watch the sunset, or the Saint Pete fireworks. The large and private sun terrace felt like an added bonus. Beds were some of the most comfortable we have found in rental property. Best apartment location in Alcudia.

The location and view were amazing. Also the terrace was a real bonus. Some great restaurants within easy walking distance. Would definitely return.

There were 4 in our group but only 3 sunbeds. I did email the owner before we booked to ask how many sunbeds and he replied 5. It was no real problem we just swapped between chair and beds.

The apartment was in a brilliant location, right in the centre only a short walk to the beach, with stunning views. Very clean, spacious and comfortable beds.
