ΕΣΛ-1468Κ920Α0389001- COVID 19- SAFETY PROTOCOLS ARE IN PLACE- LOCATION: Our maisonette is situated in Kalymnos island, only 150m. from a wonderful sandy beach (Kantouni beach at Panormos area) and in a walking distance to all amenities (super market, bus stop, car-bike rentals, gas station, restaurants, bar, beaches, pharmacy, ATM, grocery, patisserie,tourist shops etc) and very close to the climbing area too . THE HOUSE The house is located on a 1200sq.m. land in a peaceful area, with garden, bbq area, private pool, spa, verandas with sea view, yard for chickens and the house is totally 180sq.m. The ground floor has a big living-room with 3 sofas (sleep 1-2), fireplace, A/C, TV, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a small piano-room, shower/WC and a big bedroom with wooden-built traditional bed and a bunk bed (sleep 4) and internet /wi-fi.. The ground floor is surrounded by huge verandas with table and chairs, bbq area, garden and pool/spa area. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are 3 more bedrooms: one of them with double bed, built-in wardrobes, private balcony with sea-view, another one with double bed, wardrobe and big veranda with both mountain and sea view and a 3rd one with two single beds, wardrobe and veranda too, a bathroom with washing machine and a small kitchenette. In the back yard of thew house there is a fenced area where we have our chickens, that means, that you are welcome to make your one breakfast with fresh eggs, milk and hand-made marmelades by local, fresh fruits free of charge, of course. HOW TO COME You can visit Kalymnos by plane but you can also come via Kos airport- Kos is a nearby island with international airport, it is 20 min. away from Kalymnos by boat (public trasportation) and has low-price airlines, such as ryanair and easy jet or by ship from Pireas port. WARM HOSPITALITY We will try to make you feel like home and love the island as much as we do! You will of course enjoy your privacy (independent house) and ,as we live nearby, you will have all needed help during your stay.(advice about best beaches and restaurants, sightseeing, public transportation, climbing routes etc)You will enjoy your privacy combined with warm greek hospitality! PRICE-AMENITIES: The price includes towels, linens, shampoo. You can prepare your breakfast in your kitchen using fresh eggs from our chickens and home-made marmalade made by our own organic fruits. (for free) SUGGESTIONS: You are going to enjoy unforgettable family vacations on a beautiful and picturesque island full of wonderful beaches, with lots of sites (marine museum, archaeological museum, traditional house museum, nautical museum) and activities (climbing, diving, hiking etc).From Kalymnos, you can also make daily excursions to nearby islands, such as Telendos (10minutes by taxi-boat), Kos (20 minutes), Leros (1 hour), Pserimos (45 minutes).

The villa is well-equiped and spotlessly clean. Very near beach, shops and restaurants. Bus stop nearby to other places on the island.
The hosts (Eleni and Giannis) are what make this place really special. They are super helpful, made us cake and a BBQ, explained the bus timetable and were simply wonderful hosts.
I strongly recommend and would give more stars if I could! Say a big hi to Caramelo (the dog) if you book this place!

Our hosts were so special and very accommodating. The feel more like friends and their hospitality was boundless. The accommodation was perfect and had everything we wanted with a great pool and I recommend you trust the hosts recommendations of where to visit or eat. Without doubt the very best holiday home we have ever stayed in.
The house is large, has excellent facilities and there was nothing more we could have wanted. The pool and spa are wonderful. The most hospitable, friendly and helpful owners live on site and are very happy to share their vast knowledge of all aspects of the island. Location is quiet and the views are wonderful from the house and especally from the master bedroom and it's balcony.

Quite simply, the loveliest villa we have ever stayed in! It has everything – lots of outdoor space, a pool with gorgeous sunset views. It is spacious, comfortable and extremely well stocked.
What makes it extra special are the hosts Eleni and Giannis. They could not have been more welcoming, kind and thoughtful. They arranged the taxi pick up from the port, gave us lifts to the supermarket, gifted us delicious home cooked food and provided fabulous suggestions for places to explore. They gave us our privacy while being on hand if we needed anything. I broke my ankle just before the holiday so was on crutches: they made everything as simple as possible in their friendly and easy going way.
There are lots of accessible and beautiful beaches nearby. Kalouni beach is less than a ten minute walk away (for those not on crutches) with a fantastic seafood restaurant – veggie options available. Massouri beach offers an amazing, clear sea with food and drinks brought to your sunbed. And catching a ferry over to Telendos for the day is a must.
Kalymnos is a beautiful island and Kantouni is a perfect base for exploring. The villa was amazing in every sense (design, space, views, facilities, location) but most of all it was made very special by the Greek hospitality of the hosts. Eleni and Giannis, who epitomize philoxenia – go on, look it up!

Lovely house, great location …. and WONDERFUL hosts!
We thought the house was absolutely beautiful, very well equipped to a very high standard and the pool area is probably the best we’ve seen in all our travels in Greece providing lovely views out to sea.
Everything was spotless on arrival and the pool was maintained daily and kept in an equally wonderful condition.
We also loved the location as it provides easy access to both the places of interest on the west coast and the town/port of Pothia but without being in the hussle and bussle of either.
But what makes this villa EXTRA special are the hosts, Yianni and Eleni. They are the most kind and welcoming people you could wish to meet. They are always on hand to provide help and advice whilst at the same time remaining discreet and leaving their guests to enjoy their holidays in peace, the perfect balance. They also speak perfect English making communication easy when required.
Our only regret is that we didn’t stay on Kalymnos longer as we absolutely loved the authentic Greek atmosphere on the island but although we have many more adventures to places we have not yet visited in Greece planned, we know that we will certainly come back to Kalymnos one day and most of all to see Yianni and Eleni. The outside (including a pool and a whirlpool) and inside are decorated in a very cosy way. In particular the kitchen had the right endwoment for eight people. We liked that a lot. If I would return to Kalmnos with a big group, I would definitely book Eleni's and Giannis house again! If you book their house, you are definitly making the right choice.

A small paradise on a very friendly greek island

The outside (including a pool and a whirlpool) and inside are decorated in a very cosy way. In particular the kitchen had the right endwoment for eight people. We liked that a lot. If I would return to Kalmnos with a big group, I would definitely book Eleni's and Giannis house again! If you book their house, you are definitly making the right choice.

Ett fint hus med pool och sköna utemiljöer
Vi var två familjer på 8 personer som bodde i huset under fem dagar. Ett fint hus med pool och fina altaner/balkong kring huset där vi kunde välja var vi drack morgonkaffet, åt lunchen, åt middagen, var vi hängde på kvällen och såg solnedgången.
Värdparet Eleni och Giannis var så gästvänliga och gjorde allt så vi skulle trivas.
Ett stort plus för hämtningen vid färjan och middagen de bjöd oss på.

Wir waren zu zehnt für eine Woche bei Eleni & Yannis zu Gast. Super schönes großes Haus,
mit herrlichen Terrassen mit Meerblick und Grill. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein dickes Lob der griechischen Gastfreundschaft! Das Haus liegt abseits der Hauptstraße, Geschäfte und Gaststätten sind innerhalb einer 1/4 h zu Fuß erreichbar.

Large family home in great location with lovely owners
We really enjoyed our stay in Eleni's House. The owners Eleni and Giannis were so kind, welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble and they made sure we had a great time. We liked the location too as it was so close to the beach in Kantouni.

Great stay in a beautiful house
We spent two great weeks in the house of Yannis and Eleni. The house is spacious and full equipped giving us opportunity to enjoy dinners on the terrase. The hosts are very welcoming, thank you again for your hospitality and time! We can fully recommend this house and would love to come back ourselves.

Everything we needed was there and everything was explained . The home was sensational and better than the pictures with fantastic terraces for outside where we spent all our time. The views were marvellous both nite and day. Great location to walk to beach and town with any number of cafe's and restaurants. Getting around is easy with taxi's ( cheap) They were the best hosts and we cannot recommend them highly enough and the Island was fantastic too with any number of beaches , ferries to go where ever you want for a change. We were 6-8 people and plenty of room. 11/10.

A Wonderful Guest House On Kalymnos
We have nothing but good things to say about our stay here, we were 5 adults and 4 kids and we were all comfortable in the house. The owners were so nice, they even brought us fresh eggs from their chickens, fresh baked breads and homemade jams. All question or concerns were answered quickly. The house has two floors, plenty of room, and....a piano and a guitar!
The rooms upstairs had lots of toys to keep the kids occupied, while the adults spent most of the time on the patio, where the sea breeze kept us cool through the day.
There is a beach in walking distance, as well as a couple restaurants and mini marts.
We highly recommend this house!

Greek hospitality at its best!!
Very clean, spacy house with all the amnesties you need. Super nice Teracasses. The owners lived close and could always give us useful information. They even gave us fresh eggs (from their own chicken) every day and Eleni is a gifted cook how brought us delicious cakes from time to time. One day they invited us far a great BBQ.

Rooms were clean and all house is very cozy. Located near the Beach. The island is very small, so shopping center, restaurants, bars is very close too. If you are looking for the stay for around 10 people were you can get privacy and relax, I believe it is the best choice in the island. I highly recommend Eleni and Janis house to rent for your unforgettable vocation!
