Janet did a superb job cleaning the condo! I was able to walk around barefoot and my feet stayed clean! Bathrooms were extremely clean, the whole place was spotless. Janet was also quick to answer any questions we had during the stay. She was very pleasant and accommodating! The beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets felt nice! The location is nice and convenient to walk around downtown So. pines. The place is pretty sound proof, as far as hearing things from outside or neighbors. We stay in short term rentals often, 3 in So. Pines, and this is the best one yet! The only thing lacking was wash cloths, which I brought because I read that on an earlier review. Laundry detergent is provided but bring softener if you use softener. The kitchen has some basic items like salt and pepper and a few condiments, which we did not use because there are so many delicious restaurants, in walking distance, we wanted to visit. We were only able to fit one car in the garage but if you have small cars you can fit two. Same thing for the driveway. Check in and check out were simple! We would definitely like to stay here again!

Traveled to Southern Pines with some friends to play golf. The townhome was in a good location, short drives to play golf, walking distance to some restaurants and a brewery.

4 friends spent a weekend here for a nearby golf tournament. It was a perfect location and lovely property. One person thought it would be nice to have a couple of lamps in the living room and/or dimmer switches on the ceiling lights. It was clean and nicely decorated. It was also well supplied in the kitchen and bathrooms. We would return. The keyless entry wasn't working that day but the door key was left for us under the doormat.

Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Near lots of good restaurants and, most important, great golf courses. Weather was fine.

I selected this property because of the pictures and description of the unit, the proximity to downtown Southern Pines and to Pine Needles and the price. All were as described and it was a great 3 night visit.
Golf Boot Camp was interrupted by Hurricane Ian and we were in the condo all day Friday. Plenty of space for all and the dining table was the perfect size for us to play games.
It’s a beautiful unit and I highly recommend.

We were in town to compete in a horse show and needed a quiet, clean, air-conditioned place to return to after hot days at the barn. This was a great space for us! Check-in was super easy, the host was responsive when we had a question, and it was a good choice for us! We will return next time there is a horse show for us near there!

Sony tv upstairs was missing the remote (LG remote provided). PS4 HDMI cable was broken on main tv. Coffee grinder didn't work. Add dishtowels.

Enjoyed our stay
Property is quite convenient to the local downtown area. Located on a quiet street [although it is close to the railroad tracks so you will hear the train when it comes through but not so it wakes you]. Well appointed and stocked. Did have to have housekeeping come back and provide soap and shampoo but Janet was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the Pinehurst area. Really like having the garage to park the car in. Could use instructions on how to access the PS3. Kids couldn't figure it out so there was no way the old people were going to be able to!

Because of the 10 foot ceilings the staircase is long, if you have trouble climbing stairs this may not be the place for you, but that wasn’t an isstfor us. Great stay! I highly recommend it!

We did not find this to be the case. As a family of 4 traveling from the west coast, we were challenged to find that it lacked some basics. No soap or shampoo for the showers, only 1 detergent pod for the washer, no hand towels (we did find some in a closet), no wash clothes, 1 roll of paper towels, barely enough toilet paper, about 5 closet hangers total for the house, and some missing kitchen basics like salt, sugar, vegetable or olive oil. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this was a first to lack soap, or shampoo. While each one seems trivia by itself, when you add them up, it was annoying. My hope is that the property management company can address these issues, which would really make us want to stay here again in the future.
