About this house rental
Situated in New Seabury, this charming house for $413 per night is a great option for your next vacation. A home away from home! Charming, comfortable, family-friendly house located in South Mashpee and conveniently located near public beaches, boat landings and bike paths. Shopping areas, restaurants, fun night-life activities and a fantastic children's museum are just a few miles away. Your 2-story home away from home, offers all of the standard kitchen and bath amenities, as well as outdoor living including a backyard deck with a gas grill for open-air enjoyment. Comfort and security of home! The Space I am a life-long resident of Mashpee, having deep family ties to the town as well as a proud member of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe. I am also Native Hawaiian, with deep-rooted family ties in Oahu, HI. Your vacation house has been a sentimental part of the family homestead for many years. There is no doubt guests will enjoy the comforts of our home and indulge in the very relaxing surroundings. Guest Access The home is yours! The only request is please do not enter the closet in the 2nd floor bathroom, opposite of the shower. There is a smaller closet just to the right of the entry way that you may access. There is a garden in the backyard, although tempting, please do not pick the vegetables. Guest Interaction Trish lives directly next door, she will be available if needed, you will have complete reign of the entire home. Trish has provided informational brochures, booklets about the Cape and the islands if excursions are part of your plans. She has also provided local emergency services phone numbers. And for added peace of mind, the Mashpee Fire Dept./EMS substation is just down the street. Other Things to Note For your convenience the house has a keyless entry system. You will be given a code upon booking, and you can check in anytime after the provided check-in time. You will be situated in the ideal location. The Popponesset Market Place, where you will find world famous lobster rolls from the 'RAW BAR," is a matter of 2 minutes away. The Mashpee Commons and South Cape Village is a mere 4 miles drive away. The South Cape Beach, is 3 miles just south of your vacation house. You could not be in a more centralized location. The Neighborhood The house is set back from the main road, yet you will not feel disconnected. The driveway is shared with a small cottage just next door. We have a very friendly and close-knit neighborhood, yet not intrusive. Getting Around The house includes onsite parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles. In general, passenger vehicles are the most typical. The nearest bus stop for public transit is 3 miles away, located in the South Cape Village. Certainly taxi service, Uber, and Lyft is quite common. If you have any question or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Nice stay, really didn’t use the house too much but it seemed nice at quick glance. A little tricky to find from the road so expect that.

This was the perfect home for my family and I to stay in. Although it was just for one night, we wished we could’ve stayed longer. Super comfy, accommodating and spacious. Highly recommend!

The Ohana home was smart, clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and felt relaxed here. The turkeys near the house were amusing!
Trish was quick at responding to any queries.
We enjoyed the heritage museum, a trip to a lighthouse and outdoor cinema. Plenty to do and good local shops a short drive away.

We enjoyed our brief stay at the home in Mashpee. It was perfect for a get away, and Trish was accommodating. She was responsive and polite. I'd book there again in a heart beat.

We had a nice weekend at the Ohana Home. It's really roomy and everything you could need is there, from washing machine and dryer to extra pillows, big TV and Brita water. It was just what we needed :) Trish was a great host, and we would definitely stay there again!

The home was well equipped had everything we needed. Trish was a great communicator and went above and beyond when I left a few things behind. Its in a great location- short drive to Mashpee Commons, the beach and some fun stuff at the Popponesset Inn. Would def return! Thank you!!

Our first time in Cape Cod and it was absolutely amazing! The rental was great. Close to everything. Our weather wasn't the best but we made the most of it. Highly recommend!

The host was very accommodating. The house had everything we needed including coffee. The only thing that could have been improved was the skylight in the master bedroom was so bright we couldn’t sleep past daylight. Since we were on vacation it would have been nice to sleep in at least until 8. Overall the property was beautiful with wild turkeys in the yard. The host was great with us too. Highly recommend this property.

We spent a great week exploring the Cape and the islands.
The house is roomy, clean, uncluttered.

My husband, grown daughter and myself stayed for one night while we were in town visiting family. The price was better than having to rent 2 hotel rooms and we were able to spread out.
We were there during the winter so we didn't use the outside, but there is a small deck available. The kitchen was large and our host provided coffee. There was also a good supply of dish detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent. Although we didn't cook there, it looked like there were basic spices and oils available if you needed to cook a meal. There is also a large washer and dryer.
So glad we found this spot. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Trish’s place. Great location, great amenities including gourmet kitchen, 2 full bathrooms ,extra large washer and dryer, Smart tv and more. The place was so clean! Would definitely recommend Trish’s place to all and we hope to be back again.

The property was perfect for our needs during an overnight stay visiting family Thanksgiving weekend. The owner was very responsive, and allowed us to drop off our luggage prior to check in time. The home had a first floor bedroom and bathroom that was convenient for my MIL, she entered the property through the back door to avoid the front steps. We stayed in the upstairs bed and bath. The beds were very comfortable! The living room was very nice for watching tv in the evening. The kitchen was also great, although we only stayed for coffee in the morning. There appeared to be patio seating outside. The only suggestion I would have would be more outdoor lighting on arrival. Overall, a nice place to stay that met all of our needs.

Lovely property in close proximity to wildlife refuge, beach and many trails, very clean, well stocked, comfortable, and accurate description. Only issue I couldn’t find a hair dryer. Perhaps there was one in a closet? Thanks for a great visit to Mashpee!

Patricia’s place was very clean, beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. There were supplies like condiments and spices to make it easy if we chose to cook there, as well as tea, coffee and sugar.
It was lovely to eat out on the patio with the woods around.
We enjoyed the turkeys that live out back.
The only downside was a step at the back of the kitchen. It was painted yellow, but still easy to miss.
The first floor bedroom worked well for my disabled daughter and it was a huge help that the shower has a seat built in. There are a couple of steps to get into the house, but she could manage those.
I am light sensitive and would not have chosen a room with a skylight, but I used my eyeshade and did fine.

This is a lovely home that is clean and everything you need is provided. Location is peaceful and very pleasant. We especially enjoyed the outside deck and table.

What a fantastic cottage! Well, it’s classic cape style outside, but inside it’s a spacious and modern, well appointed house. Al that you could want for a wedding weekend (which is why we were there—just up the road from the beach). And we loved the back patio too!

I would recommend this house to others. I would stay here again. It was very clean. It was cozy and I felt right at home here. This is a beautiful area.
