Neighborhood, house, and staff were wonderful!! Everyone had their own bedroom bathroom with super comfortable beds and bedding. The housekeeper was outstanding! Wouldn’t have known she was there but magically the house was perfectly clean and tidy everyday. House manager Oscar set up our chef and masseuses which were top notch! We will be back!

Overall very pleased with the stay. The house is immaculate. Location is fantastic to pop into town. We had a really great time at this property. Would definitely go back!

This property was everything and more from the description! So spacious and well appointed with high end furnishings, room for the 9 of us to find a spot for ourselves to unwind - or together. Five adults, 4 teenagers - it was comfortable, convenient, private and relaxing! A 15 minute downhill walk to town, and a moderately easy walk back up. Ubers were also plentiful if needed. The views from the patio and balcony's were stunning, the neighborhood gorgeous and we felt safe both at the house and in town. This is a must stay house for a group - and with Oscar's assistance we had groceries, chef services and answers to any and all questions that came up throughout our 5 night stay. The owner and Oscar were both very accommodating and we were so happy to confirm that there is a reason that only 5 stars were given by prior guests and now we add our 5 stars to the reviews. You will not be disappointed in Casa Malibu!

We had a fabulous time at Casa Malibu. The house is exactly as pictured, but even better in real life. We were a group of 9, 6 adults 3 teenage kids. It was perfect for families and friends. We can’t wait to look at next year.!

The home is just perfect! We had a great time swimming while watching the super bowl and the management by Oscar was on point! We will certainly be staying at Casa Malibu again soon!

Due to a family emergency we had to cancel our trip but ultimately our son and a friend ended up going down half way into our 10 day rental. The owner, Craig, was a pleasure to deal with (and most understanding) and Oscar, the property manger, made sure that our son was welcomed and well looked after. The property was even better than the pictures and the gated community of Pedregal provided us with the assurances of safety, while also providing luxurious comfort and spectacular views. Being a short 12 minute walk to town or a similar distance to the private Pedregal beach made this property's location A1. Stay with confidence!

Casa Malibu is a modern gem set in the perfect location in Pedregal. From the front steps it's a 10 -15 min walk into town, or go out the back steps and it's a 10-15 min walk to the beach! The house itself is set up to entertain your group in an indoor outdoor setting with the sliding glass "wall" that opens to the pool/bar area. The views from the master suite balcony are tremendous! Anyone can have a great house to rent, but the owner and staff are ultimately what make your trip go smoothly. I literally can not say enough good things about Craig (owner) and Oscar (house manager) as well as the rest of the staff. They were wonderful to work with!

Our adult children and our young grandchildren enjoyed themselves immensely at Casa Malibu. The inside/outside nature of your home with the sliding doors was amazing. We were fortunate to see so many whales. I particularly want to commend Oscar, the property manager for arranging groceries to be delivered, massages and chefs. Thankyou so much for sharing g your beautiful home .

This house was perfect for our group. We loved how big the living room and kitchen were so we could comfortably spend time together and also how we all had our own space for when we needed it. Everything was so clean and comfortable we can’t wait to come back!

The best recommendation on a property is whether the renter would return -- and we would, in a heartbeat! This Pedregal home was better than the pictures. How often does that happen? While Casa Malibu was spacious and beautifully decorated, it was the small touches that made a big difference in our family's stay: shampoo/conditioner/soap in the bathrooms... cooking basics like salt/pepper/olive oil in the kitchen. The house 'manual' sent by the owner was a great primer on what to expect and where to find everything. We were greeted by the house manager on arrival allowing for a smooth transition. A maid came by every day to freshen up. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

Casa Malibu is a gem. It is located in a gorgeous neighborhood. We were two families with a total of 8 people. The house is well laid out. Everyone had plenty of space. The house is beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture. It has everything you would want to make your stay enjoyable. The outside area is so relaxing and we loved using the outdoor kitchen grill. There is a beautiful beach, walking distance within the neighborhood. Although you can not swim there because the water is too rough, it was was nice to get some exercise and enjoy the beauty of the ocean and cliffs. Additional plus is daily the cleaning service and an on site property manager. The owner is very responsive and was quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay her again as it filled all our expectations.

This property was even more beautiful than the posted photos. Plenty of space for a a family get together. Short walk to the beach, into town. Oscar and the rest of the house management staff were excellent. Would absolutely rent again!

So thankful to find this amazing property in Pedregal to host a vacation for my mother and dearest friends! Casa Malibu is beautiful, the pictures on the web do not do it justice. We had the best views in the community of the Pacific and Sea of Cortez and were spoiled every morning with an incredible sunrise and at night with a breathtaking sunset. The amenities on property were phenomenal, we truly did not need to leave. However, it was great to be located walking distance to town and the beach, while feeling safe throughout our stay in the community. Greatly appreciated working with Craig, the owner. and Oscar, the property manager, throughout the pre-planning process and during our stay. It truly was a trip of a lifetime for our group and one that will be cherished forever!

Ten ladies stayed for almost a week and everything was just perfect. It is a home for gathering, each morning we would make a big breakfast and drink our coffee and laugh and talk. In the evenings- we would have big plans to go to dinner, but the home and views were so beautiful we would end up staying in, sitting outside, soaking in hot tub and drinking wine- laughing and talking and making memories! Only one night did we go out to dinner, even though each night we planned to try a restaurant but we loved being at this house and the views kept us there. The hot tub was so wonderful after a day at the beach- again more wine drinking, laughing and talking here each evening! The kitchen is fully stocked and we made dinner, or a Charcuterie board and had all we needed and more. There is a large dining table that we could all fit at- but again we always gathered outside by the pool to enjoy the view. There is an outdoor kitchen area and a table outdoors too! The bedrooms are all lovely, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The cleaning lady came each day which was an added treat, to coke home from the beach to freshly made beds with fluffed pillows and a sparkling clean house. She was so sweet and the daily fee is so inexpensive to have her come, she also was so helpful with basic questions. The neighborhood is also gorgeous and we enjoyed walking down to the beach in the morning, be prepared for a workout on the way back up! The security gate guards were so kind and made us feel safe. You let them know if Uber, food delivery, transportation, etc is coming It’s super easy to call for an Uber, that’s the way we got to the beach each day- no more than a $4 ride. Wal Mart was an easy Uber trip and where we stocked up on food, wine, snacks etc. Each day we would Uber to Medano Beach for the day. We loved SUR Beach Club and the Sand Bar- massages upstairs here were amazing! We can’t wait to go back and several of the girls on the trip are planning to rent it for their own family’s next Cabo trip. You will enjoy every day at Casa Malibu and it will be hard to leave this beautiful home!
